I thought I'd try Murad Professional skin peel at home. First, I bought one discounted off the Internet. It felt like a dead product. It was completely inactive. In November of 2025, for CosmoProf Black Friday sale I bought one on sale. What a complete waste of money. Once again there was no activity what so ever. This peel you could sleep in. I'm so bummed. Salons are charging what for this treatment?

Don't buy from this company! This is not the same company as it was, it was sold. I order eye serum at $89 a bottle. I got the bottle and nothing came out, I contacted customer service and they said I needed to turn it upside down and pat it a few times due to the packaging it had a air cylinder in it. I tried it, it came out a little, but then each and every time it was worse. I complained again, they said I needed to take a video of me trying to get it out before they would exchange it, so I did and for 30 seconds I could not get anything out of the bottle. I sent the video, the next day customer service said they saw the video but I didn't turn it upside down and pat it 3 times!! I had enough, I called on the phone and wanted my money back but they said we will send you a new bottle. The bottle arrived but no hologram seal on the box (which Murad is famous for), it was an open box. I realized this was not the same Murad. I took the container apart and the bottle was empty, that is why nothing was coming out. They put in a empty bottle and tried to tell me it was air cylinder issue. I have uses Murad for over 30 years, but not anymore. This company is a scam and for the cost, take your money else where.

Having originally ordering to the wrong address (Shopify make that way too easy!), They did a great job at directing to my billing address and it was all sorted in less than an hour, Beth was lovely. Products are fantastic too

Love Murad products! They make a noticeable difference to your skin. Their retinol eye serum and night cream has drastically improved my wrinkles. Customer service is excellent and fast. Have recommended Murad to lots of friends and family already - highly recommend!

A replacement package arrived quickly after I reported that my order was lost in the royal mail system. Many thanks to Beth at Murad for her helpful and efficient service.

Don’t bother buying any products and buy from La Roche Posay

Don’t purchase from here, if you get a reaction from using their products once you won’t get a refund and they’ll tell you that you can only get a refund if it’s unopened and in it’s original packaging. They also say to do a patch test but not sure how you do that without opening or using the product?

They also try to explain to you about SPF, like you don’t research products or have any knowledge.

Another thing, they also advise you to contact your GP about discussing your skincare ingredients, which is laughable and they’ve clearly never tried to get a GP appointment

I placed an order of considerable value. When the order confirmation email arrived I realised I had missed a 25% discount on 3 out of 4 products ordered! I contacted Murad and they very kindly honoured the discount, no questions asked - thank you so much.

Beth at customer service is amazing. Lovely lady, who is helpful and polite and caring. I adore the skincare range as well. Top class and I’m fussy! Highly recommend their products! Thank you Beth xx

I’m writing this review because I feel it’s my moral responsibility to share my experience and help others make informed decisions. Normally, my skin doesn’t react to skincare products, but after purchasing the Murad Blemish Control Set, I noticed a burning sensation after just a few uses. I now have tiny spots forming under my skin, which I’m trying to heal with home remedies.

I spent a lot on this product, expecting good results, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. If you’re considering buying it, I highly recommend ensuring that your skin is compatible with the ingredients. Everyone’s skin is different, so do a patch test or consult a dermatologist before investing.

I had an issue with Essential C Cleaner which was one of 3 items in the Rejuvenate and replenish gift set. The size on Murad's website stated 200ml but I only received 148ml.

I informed Murad customer service of the problem and I was informed that the item is out of stock and I had been waiting since 6th of January.

I then recieved a message from Murad to say this has now be resolved which was not resolved.

I responsed with a message to say if this issue was not resolved by 28th Febuary I will take further action.

Reshma responsed very prompty and professionally
she read all the messages and proactively dealt with the issue and resolved the situation by sending me another Essential C Cleaner so that I was not out of pocket. This was done in a few hours...

If it was not for Reshma, Murad would have lost me as a customer for good. She is a real asset to Murad and for that matter any company she works for.

Any company is only as good as the workers it employees and when you have an exceptional worker which has shown outstanding customer service skills and should be used as a role model for other customer service colleagues on how to deal with customers.

I love their products and their customer service is really helpful.

We previously had used Murad in our salon and although I highly rate their products their customer service is shocking! We are still waiting for money owed from over a year ago. Our rep is ignoring us, they are ignoring all our emails and you can't get through via telephone to any customer service what so ever.

Disappointing that they offer gifts with special codes but don't tell you that the gift is only available if you buy certain products. For example their latest code GOTOGLOW states that you will receive a complimentary travel essentials set when you spend £80+ but doesn't tell you that it is only available on regular priced merchandise only and will not allow you to order any of their latest products

Do not buy there spot treatment. I got two big spots on my face and this burnt my skin made my skin peel it’s so awful! Now the spots are bleeding and have gone a lot worse!!! I am so upset.

I love the Murad Clarifying Oil Free Water Gel, it’s taken me years to find something that suits my skin and this is the best.
Also had a problem with one of my orders any customer service were exceptional in rectifying it, quickly and efficiently.

Effective products that make a difference. I am a 59 year old who has been using Murad for the last 5 years. I occasionally try other brands but very few can compare. The serums and retinol products are superb as are the cleansers and sun protecting moisturisers. Excellent service too from customer services.

I forgot to add my free samples with my order. I emailed straight away that evening but was told the next morning iit was too late to amend the order. I was sent a feedback form on the customer service I’d received and I stated it seemed ridiculous that my order could not be amended but even if this was the case would it not be good customer service to simply send me the samples as at the end of the day it would cost a first class stamp and the goodwill would get returning business. I did not even get a reply to my feedback. Unfortunately that says it all. Good companies who care about their customers take feedback onboard, good or bad.

This was terrible service. The reason to why Sylvie say she couldn’t not resolve my concerns is incoherent. It went from saving the planet, by not sending the product. To “once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make alterations, and therefore, we cannot honour the inclusion of the gift in this instance”. It’s inconceivable that they do not have the ability to change orders. They further went on to say. “ We apologize for any confusion regarding the free gift” there was confusion on my part but still didn’t honour the gift. . I made a mistake by not putting the gift code in as I thought it was automatically added. However they want honour the gift, to which I was entitled to, “ have read trust pilot reviews and can honestly say I wish I had read these before purchasing.
