Everything was great except for the part that said free shipping, but I still had to pay...called the number and was told that they will get back to me on the refund for the shipping, but no one called and got no refund.

Multicopter Warehouse had the DJI parts I thought I needed in stock and confirmed that they were the right parts on the phone. I ordered the parts online and they arrived two days later. I would recommend them to other pilots and will use them again in the future.

Been a month. Still haven't received my order but they still have my $$.

These guys are great and very knowledgeable. They always are very helpful and have done some great repairs on my drones.

Don't believe the 5 star ratings. They are probably either employees, paid endorsements or people that bought there off the shelf and had no need for any expertise. When they say that they are specialists and DJI trained technicians consider this; I called to inquire about purchasing an A3 controller with LB2 kit which they assured me would be a great upgrade to my custom build. After I purchased and installed it they were unable to tell me what DJI ESCs might work with the FC and then when the "great upgrade" turned out to be a DOWNGRADE (lost camera functionality and gimbal control) they were unable to ascertain what might work to complete my integration. A third party integrator told me immediately that a DJI part was the solution and they would help me integrate it. These guys are NOT SPECIALISTS at anything other than taking your money and ignoring issues they don't understand. They finally simply quit communicating since they could not figure out a simple integration with a part they sell. Go somewhere else.

Always answers the phone and very helpful. They help you pick the right product and do not push you on a particular product.

Excellent!! Purchased Crystal Sky and received knowledgeable assistance in utilizing this monitor with a M200 and X4S, XT cameras.

I ordered a 5.5" screen protector for the DJI Crystal Sky drone pilotting tablet. The package came with two screen protectors because they knew I'd screw up the first one (I did). Second one went on perfectly.

Where's my order? I had an e-mail from you on Feb 21 saying you would reply to me the next dat. It's now a week later and I haven't heard a thing! What gives?

I have had no real complaints with Multicopter Warehouse. If I were being nit-picky, I would say that the shipping sot on one of my purchases was a bit high. Orderd a small part that cost roughly $25 and weighed less than a pound, expedited shipping cost as much as the part. I will say that they ship very quickly, have yet had the need to communicate with them directly. Will, and have continued doing business with them...
