Do not order parts from this place

Do not order parts from this place. Needed some arms for an inspire 2 and the website states order within the next 6 hour and it ships today. That was on 4/4/2021 it is now 4/16/2021 and still no shipping info. The last contact was we will have to order the parts??????
Now i have to contest the order with paypal so i can get my money back.

Beware, ship somewhere else for repair.

This company is not good. Beware. Stay away at all costs. Pay the $35 dollars for them to have peaked at your drone for service and have them ship it back including everything you sent them. Many red flags with this company over my 2.5 month period with them working on a fix I did in 3 hours over a week including waiting for parts delivery. They are predators. They continued to make excuses and lie about what service they were giving. When they didn't send my $250 part back with my service the guy just said we are sorry we were in a rush and forgot to include it. It is gone now. 2.5 month rush... okay?

Update Reply: Yes, I understand everything you mentioned in your reply. Including that you failed to return a $250 dollar part that I could have fixed myself for $11. Your email response was, "No worries I have noted to keep your old components on your WO and appreciate your understanding in these matters."

Yes, I am complaining. You didn't even offer to make it right. You just said, "Unfortunately it looks like in the rush of trying to get your drone fixed and shipped back to you we did not end up keeping the old parts from your repair." I had to ask you to give me a measly 10% on the price of the gimbal you said was tossed. You were reluctant to do that and extremely rude about it stating I didn't know anything and I am not a DJI certified repair mechanic. This is after I told you I repaired my other drone with a similarly damaged ribbon cable for $10 and that is why I wanted my replaced gimbal back. I'm not concerned about the fact DJI tells you you can only replace the gimbal. I agreed to that. I didn't agree to you tossing my expensive parts. You, just, failed.

Calling us predators is crossing a line sir. The delay was from DJI not providing the part we need. We are also not given the parts to "repair" gimbals, DJI only allows service centers to replace them. You are complaing about the wrong company here. Yes, you had requested the broken parts and our service department failed to return that to you.

Lost Confidence in MultiCopter Warehouse

I would never purchase from them again, regardless of my account status. Be mindful of their return policy. You say it's defective, They say it works fine having it at their little shop. Guess who wins that argument. Let me save you the time and stupidity, call your credit card company immediately and request a charge back.

Seeking a quality DJI authorized reseller? Please consider B&H Camera or Atlanta Hobby...Even Carolina Drones is better than MultiCopter Warehouse.

Your system was tested and found to not be defective. A refund was issued which takes 3-5 business days. Nothing is being dragged out. You called in screaming and cursing at our employees and calling the general manager "a little girl". You didn't have to fight for anything, we followed every procedure to the letter. The return policy you mention is not "ours" it is the manufacturers and having been a customer for 5 years, you were fully aware of their policies. I responded to your messages at all hours of the night (past 1:30am) and even though we could find nothing wrong with your product, we still issued you a prompt refund. Who won? You did. You asked for a refund and got one even though we had no obligation to do so. We did exactly as you requested and you harrassed our employees, called them derogatory names, threatened actions against us, all while we were spending hours to appease you. You have been nothing but irrational and unreasonable despite all of our efforts. You are correct, you will never purchase from us again (even though you attempted to last night again) because we will not do business with you again.

Not a bad product but it’s a little…

Not a bad product but it’s a little loose in the socket so vibrates around, the charge cable falls out and it does cause some difficulty using the installed cup holder unless you have a small can or bottle.

Hi Russ.

Thanks for your feedback. Did you push the mount all the way down in the vehicle socket? Otherwise it’ll shake excessively. It shouldn’t if it’s seated properly. If you’ve used any other aftermarket accessory in the slot, perhaps the mounting point has been stretched or cut which is very common. To eliminate this, try another slot and see if it moves as much. In regards to the cable coming out, that’s definitely a first. That definitely should not happen. Please email our support department with a video showing this and we’ll be happy to see what we can do.

I received my strobes very quickly!

I received my strobes very quickly, my order got mixed up. The company very promptly shipped me what I wanted with no questions asked. They even offered to pay for the return shipping. They we a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely order froi'm them in the future!

Daytime waiver class was very informative learning what the FCC is expecting as answers to their waiver request questions. I would like to see more FCC waiver type classes. Very helpful. Thank you Multicopter Warehouse! :)

order 1 battery mavic 2 pro enterprise $169.00 ,i did not get my discount code to buy a 2nd one. phone person i would get. never showed up. ps paid for freight of this as well. found the battery from B&H photo for the the same price but it was free shipping. wow

When were told you would get a discount code for a second battery? Our policy is free shipping on orders of $199 or more so one battery would not qualify for free shipping and this is stated on the very top of the website. Good doing business

Very decent doing business with. The reason for the 4 stars was that after I made my purchase I ran across the same product somewhere with a cheaper price but over all it was all good.
