Everything came in on time and in perfect condition. Prices are comparable to amazon.

I have been buying from Multicopter Warehouse for over 3 years with great satisfaction.

Genuine DJI parts. Customer service so friendly and nice. Actual humans answer the phone and are very helpful and so nice. Even called me when spotted an error I made on the order. From now on only MCW will be my drone supply store. GREAT !!

Excellent service, knowledge and support.

Shipped on time/ arrived on time. Genuine DJI products. Excellent service even on my return...Thank you!

I ordered a few extra cables that always come in handy on shoots. I was amazed at how fast the order was processed and Shipped! Within a few hours I received an email stating that my order was shipped and giving me a tracking number.
Love the service. I will definitely be a return costumer.
Thanks!

Website would not load a picture of the product I was attempting to purchase(p4p lower shell). Had to order without being able to read description or see a picture. When ordering, your payment system would not verify my billing address. Even after verifying address with my bank and typing it in exactly as it appears, your system told me my address was incorrect and would not let me purchase product. Card works with every other vendor I have ordered from and I have never had a problem processing a payment. I had to order through PayPal to purchase product. Product came and was packaged nicely, had no issue with the actual product but your website and payment system was a big headache. Shipping was very fast. Will try you guys again next time but if I continue to have issues with ease of purchase, I will have to order through someone else.

Logan performed with excellent customer service on Wednesday, August 22. Stayed late to provide much needed parts for a critical operation that couldn't take place without the new equipment. Pleasure to meet Emma, too.
