Prices are really competitive, and easy to select what you want.
One thing is that it would be helpful to explain that once you get your affirm code that you need to stay on the mozilkion website to complete your irder. I think i ended up paying 3 or 4 times for the handset before speaking with a representative to get it sorted and refunds issued.

All good so far. Have been with them for a couple of years. A couple of processes are a bit clunky (upgrading from a 'sim only' plan to a full 'sim contract with phone' requires a bit of work...), but the communication has been spot on when I've needed questions answering. They are unbeatable value too, especially considering that they are using the EE network AND allow you to use some of your data abroad with no fees. Cannot grumble!

My sim cards arrived two weeks later ( not 3 days)I had to chase a number of times. Once received they didn't work. Fully pre paid sims, a waste of money and time. Customer service is almost non existence. Disappointing.

Tried to go with these as they offered the best deal. Ordered a phone through their website and paid the upfront cost. Website then directs you to their monthly repayment plan facilitator Affirm so you can pay the monthly plan. I was subsequently rejected the payment plan based on the follow ‘Affirm obtained information about you from the credit reference agency’. They pulled this from Experian apparently……. Well I have a perfect credit score with them so what a load of rubbish. Complete waste of time, refund me my money.

I bought a Mozillion e-sim in August 2026. I paid £120 for a 24-month plan. I was on a holiday and just come back to the uk at the middle of September. Unfortunately, the Internet is deadly slow. It is showing 5g but I don’t get even 1g internet. The hotspot is very, very slow as well.
Mozillion internet is totally useless, I wasted £120 for the Mozillion eSIM with 24 months plan. I am unable to get a refund as well. I wrote Mozillion 3 times but there is no response.

Got a 2 year plan for a great price, very easy to complete the order on the website. SIM arrived quickly and the network quality is the same as my ee mobile.

I am still waiting for my number to be ported over (up to now 48 hours) called Customer Services, gave up waiting after 30 minutes and took option for a callback, nobody ever did.

I joined Mozillion as they offered amazing prices for sim only deals so I signed up and all seemed to be going well. I joined in July 2026 and within 11 weeks of joining I have an issue and I cannot get any help. I cannot make outgoing or receive incoming calls. I have done everything recommended on the web to discover the problem and as I am still able to send and receive text messages all the evidence suggests that Mozillion have disabled my call function from their side. I have emailed and contacted them through social media, the only reply I've had is to confirm my identity and nothing since. I have a disability and need my phone for medical reasons, but even if I didn't, why don't they deal with issues as soon as they are made aware of them!!! I need them to sort this issue.
>Update: On 25th September I got a text saying, Great News, We've updated some of your network settings, please update your phone!! Once done everything started working and its been fine since.. What annoys me is, Why not send a text earlier when I contacted you regarding the issues I was experiencing? It would have made this easier to understand, rather than leaving me believing there was a major issue with my phone/network etc.

I've purchased a 24 month pre-paid contract, and requested an eSIM. The eSIM did not work. I've emailed them twice, no response. Tried calling 5 times, each time on hold for over 30mins, no one ever picks up. Customer service from this company is non-existent. I will have to try and make a section 75 claim and contact the ombudsman.

Bought an esim, installed & activated per instructions, arrived in the US and discovered it didn't work. Contacted support - requesting resolution or refund, with no response. Very unhappy and very inconvenienced by the non-functional esim during my US trip.

New phone received very quickly but Mozillion website is totally unhelpful. Still haven’t managed to port my number over

Smooth changeover,45mins from email informing me that they had received my number to up and running! Vast signal improvement 5g indoors and out, another important factor no mid contract increases.already get my broadband from mozillion so was confident everything would be okay.

Zero customer service. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone so if you have any issues there is no way to resolve them. Do not buy.
