Bought a 2 year e-sim with EU roaming. Arrived abroad to find that calls and texts didn't work. Tried all suggestions on the help page but didn't work. I emailed 3 times, left a voicemail once and stayed on hold for 20 mins incurrings costs on a line i didn't want to use. Utterly useless service and even worse customer support.

Great connectivity and packages, highly competive prices, free EU Roaming with no price rises, combined with friendly and accessible support!! – handy hint, accessing help over the weekend was easier, quick, simple and easy, with very friendly staff. I wish we had moved years back!!!

Because i dont have in the house recpiton it sad emergency only

The solution was not obvious or intuitive. However, the assistantce given was quick clear and concise. Refreshing!

I've been waiting for my old number to be transferred having given pac no. 10 days ago. Tried calling Mozillion but can't reach them. Left message on the chat in dashboard but no response. Regret taking contract

I was sent a sim that hadn’t been set up correctly so tried to contact customer service. First call the phone was answered but the agent wasn’t capable of resolving the problem. I then sent several messages which wasn’t actioned. Several phone calls followed but none were answered. Finally on Saturday morning Amanda answered my call and solved the problem- give her a pay rise !

I had a really good experience with Mozillion. The porting process was clearly explained, and they gave me accurate timings for when my number would move over. Everything happened exactly as promised, and the SIM worked immediately with no downtime. Customer support was responsive and helpful throughout. Very happy with the service.

On initial inspection my phone looks in pristine condition, very pleased with description and service.

Customer service was excellent to be fair once i actually got to speak to someone, i had an issue after signing up to a new contract after getting a new phone and transferring my old number across.
The issue i had was the wait times to actually speak to someone or have a reply to an email which is frustrating when you just want to get the problem sorted .
Network and signal so far cant fault it and would happily recommend them to anyone 👍🏻

I got a prepaid plan 13 months ago for 24 months. It's great , great speeds ported my number no issues sick of three sticking their prices up. I've been abroad multiple times on trips with no issues. Thank you helping me slash my bill, it's very cheap compared to others.

Unfortunately the porting of the number has taken longer than expected. Not sure why

So far everything is great. Had no issues, great service, brilliant signal.

Good value and reliable service

Was happy with phone but not the fact that in buying 2 of the same phone in different colours I had to pay 2 lots of postage. Think this needs to be looked at as it would put me off buying again
