Bought a new £700 phone for my granddaughter. They messed up the delivery address so didn't receive it on time. Had it sent to my business address after they asked me to pay for the carriage (£19.20) and they would pay it back. Still waiting nearly a year later. Just about to buy 5 more phones - but not from them. Just shows how a small amount can make a difference to a customer. Would not recommend.

I phoned you on Thursday explaining in detail that I do not recognise the number I now appear to have despite informing you of my correct number which took me 25 to speak to someone and the pac number which I received from my previous provider as was told it would change to my correct number but that hasn’t happened so as a new customer with you not the best of starts

Good Experience so far as new customer, my sim delivery issue was resolved quickly.

Mozillion have been great. Good service. Even better travel SIM deals. They remind you re your debit order. I have had no issues and pleased that I switched when I did!

This has been a really stressful experience. I have not changed network before and was assured it would be straightforward but still unable to connect to all services properly. Helpline takes forever to answer at least 20mins + on hold, no reply on voicemail and original emails went unanswered for 3 days. Very frustrating, wish I hadn't bothered to switch

Smooth process from start to finish, number ported and connection started on the day stated with Mozillion.
Got my deal on a special offer 150GB for the price of 30GB (EE Network). Great if you can afford to pay the 24 month contract upfront, around £132 for myself.

The swapping of the sims was straight forward. My SIM letter states to allow 1-3 days for my number to port over. I do hope that there is no issue with the port as I do like my number and have used it for years!

Ordering phone straightforward with plenty of information to allay my concerns. Switching phone number was easy, I got to stay with EE and Mozillion kept me up to date with progress. I purchased a good as new phone and can verify it was as stated. I have recommended to family members.

Geat price and great reception in a rural area

I bought a 24m prepaid SIM which was great value my switch went through on the day I requested and haven't any problems so far, calls and data all working well/as expected. ( I haven't had any reason to contact the customer support department so can't comment on that. )

Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't answer emails. Still not received the phone ordered after 2 weeks. They use DHL which are also useless and give you no options. Really bad,beginning to think ive been scammed.

Ordered a sim prices competitive and good service over email , haven't tried EU roaming but so far so good

Easy to navigate website. Good choice of phones. Prompt delivery with updates on order status. Quick and easy porting of existing number. Would highly recommend!

Poor customer service

Requested an eSIM on their dashboard three days ago, have heard no responses from them at all. Then, tried to ring their hotline, waited for half an hour, it got cut off!

Good phone service, but they never seem to answer their phone on customer service.
