Friendly helpful drivers. Always on time, have found to be a reliable taxi service. Booking a taxi is done efficiently by controllers and any alterations on day of service are done in a friendly competent manner.

I have used Mount Cars since 2022, when my husband was in hospital, and we no longer had a car. I don’t know what I would do without Mount Cars. Using them any time I need to go to hairdressers, Doctors, hospital, etc. and even a trip to Cambridge. They have never let me down, the drivers are friendly, and the cars are clean and comfortable. When I need a car they will always be my choice. I wouldn’t dream of getting another car hire.

The driver left 5 heavy bags of shopping on the pavement i am 63 my auntie 85 and my mother 93 who all helped me lift the bags as the driver drove off

The driver was on time each way and we were fully informed where he was on the journey to the various pickups. Vehicle was comfortable and took all our luggage with ease.

Booked at 6 seater the day before for 7.30 , I rang them at 7.40 asking where my cab was , the guy on the phone was soooo rude to me and was arguing that even though I booked the cab it wasn’t guaranteed to be on time !!! Cab turned up at 7.50 so we was late for our booked reservation. I never had a problem with mount cars before , but I will be using UBER next time

I have used Mount Cars for a number of years and their service has always been first class from the booking to the journey itself.
If pre-booked they are on time. They can always be relied on.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Tom organised the journeys we needed before we arrived and the drivers were all very friendly. Would recommend them and will be using them when back over.
