I booked a taxi to take me to airport & collect. I filled out the form online & received a email confirmation not long affer. They arrived early & u get so many text messages with car registration & driver number. I honestly recommend this company & I will definitely book again. Thank you A1.

Very poor experience with St Albans branch
Booked a cab online to fetch us from Heathrow on a Sunday evening after a 12 hour flight…..no taxi appeared and we had to get an Uber
Apparently the company sent the cab on the wrong date…v careless
This happened about three weeks ago….we are still waiting for an apology and for our £65 to be refunded

We love using A1 taxis - always on time and lovely drivers. Car 4 took us to the airport and arrived with a car seat for our daughter already installed which made the progress much smoother. We would highly recommend!
