So simple process. Answered all my questions and very helpful. And brilliant price. Half the price of AA and green flag. Just hope they give good service when it comes to a physical break down

Though I've had no need to contact M.A it's assuring to know that they're there, the whole process of joining and renewing my policy was easy peasy

Alex made the experience great. I cannot praise this young lady enough.
If the service is as good as Alex, it would have to be the UK's best breakdown service. Very good deal monthly, but an even better deal paying annually. Hope I don't need their service but I will certainly report back on here if do!

I have only just set up cover, so have no other experience . Setting up was very easy

Went online for a quote, chap telephoned me this morning with a little extra discount. I think his name was Ian, very helpful and decided to go bp with that quote. My late husband always dealt with things like this and now I have to, so Ian made it relatively painless

Really nice and very easy to get a decent deal on a breakdown cover especially with my car that doesn’t have a spare wheel and good especially if my wife is going out driving and has a problem and wouldn’t know what to do

Excellent response to my phone call. The call handler was knowledgeable and cut to the chase very quickly advising me to have my vehicle towed to my chosen garage. I am certain the fault, now rectified, could not have been easily tracked down or repaired on the roadside. The recovery vehicle arrived promptly and the driver was very helpful. All in all, simply great service.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never heard of Motoring Assistance before, but I’m genuinely delighted with the service I received. I called because I was worried about a strange noise my car was making, and they arrived promptly, which immediately put me at ease.
The mechanic was very professional, friendly, and took the time to check everything carefully and explain things clearly. His calm and reassuring approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
