Scam of a company
Scam of a company, the most vile exploitation of people in 2026.
My car is parked behind 2 locked key fob accessed gates, CCTV and a security patrol team every day.
To be told, this is not a garage.
It is a residential garage that is locked and has more security than house garage. They cancelled my policy with zero warning and from what I've seen they do this thoroughly and constantly with other "customers" just to gain a few weeks / month of money and then leave people financially worse off and in need to source a trustworthy company again .
AVOID AVOID AVOID let them go under and bust

While we appreciate that the area is secured by gates, CCTV, and patrols, insurance providers must apply specific underwriting criteria when assessing where a vehicle is kept overnight. Unfortunately, because multiple residents have access to the location and other vehicles are parked there, it is classified as a residential car park area rather than a garage for insurance purposes.
The difference in risk is not primarily related to theft. Rather, it relates to the increased possibility of accidental damage caused by other drivers using the parking area, such as collisions while manoeuvring or parking. As a result, the location presents a different level of risk from a private garage with sole access.
We appreciate this may be disappointing; however, it is important that policy information accurately reflects the risk. This helps ensure the correct cover is in place and avoids potential issues in the event of a claim, where incorrect details could affect the outcome.

Chat Box frustration
Although my issue was sorted satisfactory and very professionally, I do find it so frustrating having to use a Chat box (or email). The problem could have been sorted with a 5 minute phone call, but instead took 30-40 minutes using the Chat box

disappointing and illegal representation
called these people about the windscreen cover on my motorhome as the screen can cost around £2000.
In their paperwork there are no signs of any windscreen damage limit, when I question this over the phone, the lady claimed it was unlimited on her system and that I was covered, she then refused to send me the confirmation that its unlimited in writing and I ended up downloading the underwriters policy booklet and after 15 minutes found its actually limited to £600, so the customer services agent lied because she couldnt find it either
