Unclear information and contact
The communication was difficult and often the information was hard to obtain and you had to chase it rather than be told it, information about the policy was not clear and they often changed details at the last minute which ultimately lead to my cancellation and won’t be using this company again even if they are the cheapest quote

How to keep a customer base
Unlike most insurance yours stayed pretty much the same instead of going lots higher.
This for me with the ease of taking out is the way to keep customers.

If you are about to renew your insurance, give MVI a go, it will be worth the time, after all that's all it takes, if they can do you a better deal , then it is worth it.
