Never again.
Never again. If you made the mistake of taking out insurance then need to cancel it, you won't get your money back without a fight. Don't waste time talking to their chatbot or call centre, because they will turn you down. Send an email of complaint and publish it on Trustlpilot. Shazzam! They'll refund you like a shot!

Cancelled my insurance without my knowledge as they said they tried contacting me to validate my insurance but no attempts of contact were ever made.

Having reviewed our records, we can confirm that a 7-day cancellation notice was issued on 24/06 as part of our attempts to obtain the required validation information for your policy. We contacted you by email, sent a text message, and left a voicemail advising that action was required.
Unfortunately, as we did not receive a response to these communications, the policy was ultimately cancelled in line with the notice provided.

Our records show that we made several attempts to contact you, along with requests for you to get in touch with us to complete the required policy validation checks. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
Before the policy was cancelled, a 7-day notice was also issued, providing a further opportunity to contact us and validate the policy. As we did not hear from you within this timeframe, the policy was subsequently cancelled in line with our procedures.
With regard to your refund, we can confirm that this was processed back to the card used to purchase the policy on 26/05/2026. If you have not received the funds, we would recommend contacting your card provider, as processing times can vary between banks.
We appreciate that this situation has been disappointing and apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you would like us to investigate the matter further, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist.
