So.. ordered as soon as the limited edition came out. I would have been tempted to downgrade the stars but that wouldn't have been fair given that Mother Root sent my item almost immediately... It was Evri that let them down. Mandi in the Mother Root team, picked up my complaint, was empathetic and sorted it by sending a replacement that arrived the next day... The limited edition right to my door in time for taking on my holiday. All rectified. Can't fault the reaction by Mandi - Evri take note.
Regarding the drink ... Fantastic! Had a little taste before we leave for holiday tomorrow and it is as good as the original (which was hard to beat... Possibly better 🫣) recommend to anyone who needs a good alternative to alcohol like me. Well done Mother Root... Especially Mandi who I can't praise enough 🙏🏻

I absolutely love this product - I prefer it with tonic water and a slice of lemon. Unfortunately it plays havoc with my digestive system, so I will be gifting the bottle to someone else to try. Such a shame as it’s a great drink.

I received my bottle, I tried the drink but it did not agee with me, it tasked awful and make very ill, I contacted Mother Root, I was told I am unable to return the product or ever be compensated. So very unhappy and angry that I wasted £22.00 which is a lot for the drink itself, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE FRAUDSERS

Ordered 2 bottles from the website and they doubled my order and took the payment twice (on a Sunday). I contacted them immediately and got an AI response so I emailed on hello@ which is the only way to try and get hold of them.

I expected an email this morning saying that they had seen my issue and had adjusted my order. Nope, they sent me tracking for dispatch.

They now don't respond to my emails and they don't have any means to get hold of them.

This is an expensive product and Mother Root has left a bad taste in my mouth before I have even received my delivery.

Poor customers service. Slow response times and keep an eye out for a useless AI reply below this review.

Mother root is a wonderful product. It is healthy and has helped me to enjoy a "mocktail" at the end of the day without any alcohol.
In addition, the customer service is excellent. We had a shipping mix up that was my fault, and was handled flawlessly, and immediately.

Placed an order on April 15th and my credit card was charged but I have yet to receive anything from them. Not looking for a refund but rather wanted the product that we had heard so much about. I think that’s ample time to receive the order I placed 7 weeks ago.

My order was damaged and undelivered. As always, customer services were quick to reply and send out a replacement. Excellent communication as always, thank you.

I asked for the address to send glasses back and never heard anything. Really not impressed with this whole experience and it’s made me not want to buy the drink now too

I genuinely love Mother Root. My partner and I tried it and were hooked. That’s exactly why I decided to order more bottles on May 18th to take advantage of the pricing discount and free shipping. The product itself deserves five stars. The experience since then? One star, and I’m being generous.

My original shipment never left Georgia. When I contacted support, they were responsive and offered to replace the order with expedited FedEx shipping. I accepted, and that was May 26th. Today is June 1st, six days later, and the replacement hasn’t left Georgia either. It has bounced between five different cities within the state, sometimes backtracking to cities it already visited.

When I asked why the tracking clearly shows FedEx SmartPost, which is definitively NOT expedited shipping, support stopped engaging with the actual question. Every response has been a copy-paste variation of “it’s with FedEx and on its way, track here.” No explanation. No accountability. No phone number to call, email only.

I’ve spent nearly $80 and have nothing to show for it after 14+ days. For a company that markets itself around wellness and feeling good, this experience has felt the opposite. Fix your US fulfillment and support, Mother Root. You have a genuinely great product that deserves better than this.

my Mother Root bottle did not come and when I contacted them to tell me they apologised and arranged another delivery very quickly which I did thankfully receive

Most delicious alternative to sugary drinks. Really has a strong bite. The customer service is excellent, when I had a broken bottle they replaced immediately. I’ve had about a dozen delivered previously with no issues.

The person I was contacted by responding to my email about a computer glitch on the Mother Root website was Sophie. She was outstanding . I heard from her twice. Then Mandi responded to a question I had. Outstanding as well. Lastly, Renet responded. Any guesses how that went. Outstandingly . Your customer service is superb!! Thank you. Kate
