Product Review
It helps me/us fall asleep quickly, but it does not keep us asleep long enough. We are ususally waking up around 2 or 3am, and have a tough time getting back to sleep. And it's so expensive for not accomplishing what we wanted it to do for us. We do love the taste, but sometimes the packages do not contain four gummies.

If it was possible to leave zero stars I would have. None of my orders have shipped even though I was told weeks ago that they were about to ship. I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from your company. I love the product and I will probably never order again. Order elsewhere…

I still haven't received the Moonbrew I ordered June 13th. It's the 4th of July now and I have been out for almost three weeks, so no sleep for me. I like the way both the drink and the gummies help me sleep, but I'm honestly reconsidering having a subscription

Soft gummy texture
My first order was amazing, good flavor and texture, helped me sleep. My most recent order though has a different texture is too soft and the flavor isn’t as good as previous. I think you should go back to the old recipe for the gummies.

NIGHTMARE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never update order status, item NEVER shipped, requested refunded and given $8.48 for a credit….. nowhere near the price paid. Clear request for refund to original payment. NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED.
Having to dispute with credit card company and will also file with BBB. Horrible experience and worst template communication responses that genuinely are not addressing the concerns. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great Product
The customer Service is excellent. They were able to temporarily change my delivery address t my vacation address so I do not risk running out.The product, gummies are helping me sleep better than anything in past years. No more melatonin, sleeping pills either.

Charged for orders I never got.
I have been charged 5 times for my gummies and have only received 2 of the orders. 1 should still be on the way but I haven’t gotten it yet. Tried to email customer service about getting a refund on the other 2 orders and no response. Going to have to cancel my subscription, which is a shame because I actually did like the gummies!

AI doesn't cut it when you have a problem
Ordered the product and they charged my account right away. Have emailed as order hadn't shipped. AI responded saying it usually ships in 1-2 days. It didn't. I emailed again asking for a live person. Said they would get back to me in 24 hrs. Nope. It's been EIGHT days now without response and I've started a dispute of the charge with my credit card company. This is NO way to do business. When you have a concern and you can't reach a live person it's unacceptable.

Order delayed over a month, no cancellation allowed
I ordered MoonBrew gummies over a month ago and still have not received them. Customer support keeps sending the same vague backlog message with no clear ship date. I have repeatedly asked to cancel, but I’m told their system does not allow cancellations. Instead, they say I can return the product after it arrives, whenever that may be.
That is not acceptable. If a company cannot ship an order after a month, it should allow the customer to cancel. I would not order from them again.

I am beyond disappointed
I am beyond disappointed. The product is great. The Customer service is horrible. I ordered a 3 pack on June 12, 2026. It still has not shipped. I recieved an AI generated response to my email to the company. I ordered a single pack on June 24th and tracking shows it has gone from Colorado to Illinois to Georgia and still no arrival date. I love the product and have referred several people. Now I am just upset, I cannot get a straight answer as to where my 2 orders are.

It means something that you still call the product great after all of this, but the service you got was genuinely not okay. To be completely transparent, a fire at our manufacturer caused serious delays, and we thought it would get resolved MUCH faster than it actually did.

Good Gummies, Horrible Business to Work With
I love the gummies, however supply and the MoonBrew Customer Service is severely lacking. Everyone is AI generated, which is cold and when something is wrong you do not feel heard as a customer. I got my initial three month supply, and I decided to order another three months worth on May 30th. The company immediately deducted the cost from my account, yet I am still without a product or any sense of when it will be fulfilled. The website chat bot is less than helpful. Their emails are comically bad, with ZERO help. They have all out stopped responding to my email requests. This feels like a huge scheme where they are moving the money without fulfilling orders to customers. It is a shame, as they have a good product, but their customer relations are abhorrent.

Don’t fulfill subscriptions and terrible customer service
This company doesn’t honor their subscriptions in a timely manner. Customer service is an AI bot that promises a response from a person, but there is no follow up. They don’t send your order on time and even when they do, the mailing service takes forever. Unfortunately, the product is good but you can’t trust you’ll have what you need consistently. .

Unacceptable Order Fulfillment
This is the second month in a row that my two separate subscription orders are delayed. I get generic AI responses to my emails which is 100% unacceptable. I am a repeat customer and the customer service I am receiving is pathetic. I’m really questioning the stability of this company. They can’t even fulfill monthly orders in a timely manner.
