No Message sent to me, all details have already been emailed on the back of my reviews. you already stated in an email you wouldnt refund and no longer respond. not a legit company

You have taken 2 amounts of £29.50. Which I didn't realise I'd signed up for this, I was just looking for a loan to help with my dad's funeral. And was directed to monster savings, I thought it was part of the loan process. But how wrong was I. I cannot afford to be out of pocket, at a time like this. I want a full refund!!!!

Should be 0 stars - I've had money coming out of my account for months! Scam company - hiding behind loan checks that prey on vunerable people you have no idea what your signing up for and then you also have no way of getting into the account to cancel the subvscription. I am devasted to lose this amount of money. I DEMAND a refund. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

just noticed I have had 29.5 taken from my bank account from this company. I did not sign up to this or agree for this to be taken thief's! I would like a full refund please can you provide details to achieve this? Phone number etc

Twice over the weekend I have had £29.50 go out from yourselves??? No idea why and also no email history saying I have signed up to anything from monster savings???
Absolute joke and will be contacting the ombudsman first thing tomorrow! You people should be ashamed of yourselves, you only have to look at every other single comment on here to see that you are just thieves! You will get your day soon!!

No idea who this company is. Randomly stole money from my bank account. Email was sent to them to try resolve this issue, no surprise they never responded.

Same as previous reviews 14p taken one day, then £27.99 taken this morning. Leaving me with hardly no money. I haven't signed up for anything, no emails, contract etc. i have had to contact bank and report it as fraud and get a new card. Total scam company which I will be reporting.

What the hell, you guys are taking money from my account for something I never even signed for! I want my refund for each time you've taken money from my account, otherwise, trading standards will be called!!

Out of my account, didn’t apply for subscriptions. I will be investigating further into this.

Can't give zero stars this is a total scam 2 payments due to come out and never signed up for anything, will be reporting to trading standards.

same as everyone else 29.50 took from my account without my permission i did not agree to anything, i would like a refund or i will take it further

I like some many others awakened to find £29.50 taken from my account, I will be contacting the financial ombudsman and trading standards regarding this treatment today. I have since contacted the company who have refunded my money back into my account, I thank them for their prompt response.

Took money today £29.50 and £10.25 fee weeks ago, never signed up, got no log in details. Going ring and email. Want my money back. Reporting too. Lets hope my bank stop it as still in pending… fuming!!!

The exact same has happened to me. I did not sign up to this web site. And did not give my details. I have asked for a refund and have been ignored.

I never signed up to nothing,noticed yesterday £29.50 taken from my bank account phoned my bank and they won’t refund me as it was authorised by me which I never done as it was done by a third party Phoned the company up yesterday and they won’t refund me as it’s passed the two week cooling off period I’m on benefits and it was a big chunk of my money really upset avoid at all costs

This is not a one star rating but unfortunately you cannot do zero stars. I completely agree with all these comments and reviews, I have also had 147 pound stolen from me. I will also be reporting them to trading standards. How can they continue to pray on the vulnerable and why has no legal action been taken to shut this disgusting company down?! Absolute scam!! Not acceptable.

Please see below reply from Monster savings. This has not been followed, I am still waiting for my refund. This is the only reply I have had from them and I’m still waiting for that private message. Shocking!!

This “company” took funds out of my bank account when I tried to get it back staff are rude and hang up calls… scam company.. I was told a manager will be calling me back but nothing ..

Another Scam company along with saving shield, I will be going to trading standards and reporting, I wish to have all money returned , interesting that you ask for a reference number or email! I searched for this company and saving shield and not one email saying I signed up to you, just money taken from me
