This company keeps taking £29.85 from my account!! I tried calling them and they make out they can’t hear you then put the phone down! I don’t know what to do to get my money back! I haven’t signed up for this!!

This company sent me a message that the could help me to get the loan l was looking for but I need to confirm my account by withdrawing money from my account which l accepted. In the end they couldn't find me a loan but still took money out of my account and did not refund it

Monster savings charged £29 through a different named company, contacted the company had the account removed and received a full refund was assured I wouldn’t be charged again, the following month they charged me through actual monster savings contacted them direct and they said the original account couldn’t of cancelled me as that’s the company they use to take payment not the actual business….. makes no sense I gave them alll evidence proving I shouldn’t of been charged in the first place I have never used anything they “offer” I was told basically “tough luck” in a very rude way but at least I haven’t been charged again since. Still lost £29 in the end but it would’ve been so much more if I didn’t seek legal advice for this “business” AVOID THIS “COMPANY” ITS A COMPLETE SCAM

How this company is still up and running and still continuing to scam people is mind blowing took money from my account without my permission and when contacted them told me they would refund me they then emailed to say they weren’t because it was 14 days over
I did not and would not sign up to a company like this
Staff completely rude everytime I tried to say something and ask questions they would put me on hold or put the phone down
Complete scam please please be vigilant I know will be from now on

This company was previously known as totallysavings. They do same trick every time to scam people. Typically take out 29.95 after 14 days without and email or subscription details to their offer and never refund back saying 14 days period is over. They will never call you or mail you regarding the money they will debit. This is case of fraud and should be reported to police and FCA and ombudsman.

Never heard or signed up to it and can't even log in coz never signed up to it but still get 29.50 out my bank

how awfull is this service they take money from your account and not authorizing the payment for a start when i then called for them to refund my money was told there was no option because id passed the 14 day cooling of period...the woman then couldnt wait to hang up after i asked to speck to the manger terrible costemer service just there to take your money for no resson and not willing to refund what they had taken!!

Scam conpany took 14p out of my account the other day then tried to take 29.50 out of my account today ive had to order a new bank card these people are absolute scumbags

Woke up this morning and they have emptied my bank account and when I phoned customer service twice they put the phone down on me I haven't registered with the site I had never heard of them until my bank notified me of my balance this morning and they had emptied my account went on there webpage none of my details are registered with them, I am notifying the FCA and the police and Action Fraud this company needs stopping and fast as they are taking the pxss with people's finances and lives and shouldn't be allowed to get away with it absolutely disgusting !!! This isn't a company is a rip off merchant who needs stopping in there tracks and shutting down

Scam take money out your bank you haven’t signed up for and there is no fees vidable before you apparently sign up so that’s a lie cause you don’t sign up to anything it says you been accepted a loan takes 14p to verify the. Takes £30 absolute scammers

I would have happily rated 0 stars if I could! Woke up to find a pending debit transaction for £29.50 on my bank account. No idea who monster savings are, never heard of them. Only got a replacement debit card in the past week so haven't used it online until yesterday. I don't have any log-in details for the site so I'm contacting my bank (TSB) to have the transaction stopped, have sent monster savings an email demanding details of my "account" with them and fully intend to report the company to the relevant authorities to have them investigated.

Naughty Naught trying to take money when they shouldn't have.

I was looking for a loan Last night I paid 14p Still didn't get it but hay what can you do.
The following day They took £29.50 out of my Bank account So I got in touch with them And it turns out I had a subscription
I told them I did not know i had a subscription And they refunded me there and then and got my money back

I was looking for s loan charged 14p. Then the next thing your taking £29.50 out of my account . Disgusting. I have passed this over to the fraud team at my bank.

I've checked my account and i do not have any previous transactions with this company. Not even temp transactions.

I dont even have a log in/account how did they get my money?

I have to report this to the bank and police

I need an immediate refund i simply can not afford this.

I suggest this company cancel the payment of £29.50 from my account immediately. I have not authorised this. I have tried calling with no response and I’ve also sent you an email. Times are hard and you prey on the vulnerable. Disgusting!!

I have applied for a loan and been charged 14pence and I do not acknowledge signing up to any subscription I have had 29.50 taken from my bank account which I had no idea about and would like a refund this is not right people are struggling financially and we are having money taking for our accounts without our knowledge

Not even heard of them woke up this morning to find they've taken £29.50 from me not impressed must have been scammed please everyone be careful. Didn't even give out my bank details. Unhappy.
