Like everyone else, I've had two lots of £29.50 taken out of my account unauthorised. Firstly will be contacting the bank then the police.

Absolute scam, took almost £60 from me across less than four weeks when I've been out of work and every penny/pound is essential for bills and living.

Clearly preying upon people hard on their luck, no idea where they actually got my cvard details but Halifax won't even help mne stop the transactions barring replacing my card.

I don't even have a log in for the monster savings "portal", and to set one up (so that I can complain and cancel whetever they think I have) requires further card details.

I have had £29.50 taken without any authorisation at all this is theft I’ve contacted my bank and the fraud department of my local police too

Same as everyone else here. Money taken out and not authorised have contacted bank . Just praying they can stop it. Awful this can happen revolting company. Will be contacting fraud office and ombudsman

Absolute scam. Ask for card details to pay loan into and say will charge 14p to check its active. Then 2 weeks later charge you £29.50. Total scam. Not even got an account as it says no valid email if you try on their own site! Nothing other than a scam. Also their email for cust support doesn't exist

I vaguely remember when searching for a loan online doing the verification check for this site. I was apparently agreeing to them signing up even though I backed out of the web page and never fully completed the sign-up. I don't have login details so can't access the account and am now paying 29.50 a month to a site I can neither log in to ,use or cancel my membership for. I have emailed the company and no answer. So now I am going to have to report this company as fraudulent as this seems to be the only way to get a response which is ridiculous.

You scamming horrible humans. Praying on people searching for loans. I will not let this lie. You have left me not being able to feed my 6 year old. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

Took money without authorisation and I don’t know how to get refund. Reported to bank as fraud.

I am not sure of this is the company but I have had x3 £29.50 taken from my account that I did not consent to.

How do I get a refund??? I paid 14p and now £29.50 has been debited from my account and I can’t cancel it via the bank!

I woke up today to find two accounts of £29.50 have been taken out of my bank. From a 14p check to now £29.50 and I have no money in my bank now, totally skint! I need a full refund of this amount asap or I am going to be stuck without any funds for anything. This isn’t acceptable I did not sign up to any contract or direct debit. I will be contacting my bank and reporting as fraud .

At no point did I realise £29.50 would be taken monthly this is fraud I request a refund

14p Verification charge.. Woke up to see £29.50 taken out. Scamming pieces of ****.

I have no account with you guys and for some reason I had money taken from my account, how do I go about finding out how a direct debit was set with my bank and how do I go about getting this cancelled or removed?

You have taken the amount of £29.50 out of my account today, which I didn't realise I'd signed up for this, I was just looking for a loan to help with my physical conditions. I had been directed to monster savings, and it initially took 14p. I thought it was part of the loan process.

I am a vulnerable adult that suffer from mental and physical illness and live on a low income (benefits) and now you have left me with hardly anything to live on.

You have committed fraud, deception and exportation of a vulnerable adult.

I would like a full refund with immediate effect. This would enable me to top up my energy supply as well as buy food.

SCAM BEWARE - supposed loan application but take 14p at first then later take £30 out, feed on people desperate for a loan.

These fraudulent thieves claim to have issued a refund, 7 working days later no refund on site. After some digging for my case I realise they were trading as Totally Savings before! They also have a review thread similar to this one on trust pilot, they have changed directors/owners etc just recently in March. For more information to report them search PIXEL MARKETING LTD on companies house. They need to be prosecuted.

Disgusting company cannot provide any proof of authorisation to take money out my account that I never allowed. Called them today agents very unhelpful and rude now going to report to FCA and trading standards as they refuse to provide refund for payments taken from bank with no authorisation
