Half cleaned cooker

I wish I had read the reviews before going ahead with my booking this morning.

Had a scheduled appointment yesterday and only found out nobody was coming when I called to find out where my cleaner was. I don’t know why I agreed, but I let them rebook me for first thing in the morning.
The cleaner didn’t say much and continued with cleaning my cooker. In my initial email, I requested a thorough clean of my cooker, inside and out. To my disappointment, this didn’t include the hob and no one pointed that out to me. I asked the cleaner if he can do it, he could barely speak any English and left me with a half completed job and £65 out of pocket.

The customer services team is making me feel like I should be grateful she rebooked me in and that I should have made a call when cleaner was still here. Getting bored of hitting the reply button, it’s clear they cover their backsides and give very little regard to the customer’s needs.

Avoid if possible, there are plenty of oven/cooker cleaning companies out there

For everyone moving out soon I strongly recommend their services in combination with steam cleaning especially. The cleaning did wonders to the carpets, which the landlord initially wanted to replace. I am so grateful I trusted them with this task, the property was left spotless and I got my rental deposit back with no problem. Also, their prices are affordable, their team was very friendly and helpful, their cleaning was very effective. I am very content and highly recommend them!

Dirty carpets for xmas

I booked to have my carpets cleaned for xmas. They seemed very professional wanting me to confirm my booking however when I phoned them to confirm they could not guarantee a time and I as left with dirty carpets for xmas................Unacceptable

We offered to reschedule the service for a different day, as to not waste any more of your time, which you refused. Its a worst unprofessional company I…

Its a worst unprofessional company I have ever come across. I called up to check if the cleaners are coming as scheduled but to my dismay they didnt even care to inform me beforehand that they dont have cleaners available and I came to know only when I called up to check their schedule.

Keep away from this company, I am next taking them to small compensation court for the damages I will incur for not getting carpets cleaned before end of tenancy

I use one of their cleaners on a…

I use one of their cleaners on a regular basis for 3 hours once a week and she helps me out a lot. Recently we decided to steam clean all the carpets, as we have a baby on the way and their carpet tech came next day and did all the rooms. Took him 3 hours, as there was furniture to be moved , but the results were astonishing!! 5 star service on both services.

This is NOT a professional company

This is NOT a professional company, but a second rate domestic cleaning company. One woman turned up to do an End Of Tenancy Clean and seemed more interested in having smoke breaks than cleaning my flat. Overall her work was disappointing and she missed numerous areas, which I was assured would be cleaned in the quote provided. I had to ask her to go over several areas again. Other areas which I initially thought were OK, on closer inspection were not done properly. A waste of 5 hours and £156. My subsequent feedback to the company was completely ignored. AVOID!

Avoid, especially for end-of-tenancy. Not professional cleaners!

Avoid - they did such a bad job of our end-of-tenancy clean that the checkout firm classed it as 'Domestic Clean' and made us liable for £200 re-clean fee leaving us over £350 out of pocket. We would have been better off doing nothing. They are not professional cleaners.

They also took 6 hours to do the clean as we had to wait for the carpet cleaner to arrive, who might we add was appalled by how poor the clean was conducted so he was manically trying to get the spots they missed - unfortunately he didn't find them all.

Monster's response to us was a £20 refund which is insulting given the failure. We petitioned hard that this was insufficient and now they won't reply to our emails.

No offer of a re-clean which wouldn't have been possible anyway due to end of tenancy.
