Please stay away from this company. As the level of cleaning was below standard. I was told I had to clean my bathroom 4 times to get to standard I want which was utter nonsense. They didn’t finish all the items in the list which I required them to clean and the bathroom was not cleaned to my standard. Then cleaners said we need more time which I agreed to pay one extra hour but they refused to do it as they said we have another job to go to. So I paid them what we had agreed but I found out half hour later they had damaged the inside of my bathroom door and they have denied all responsibility for this as the cleaners were only one who was inside the bathroom and no one else. I have tried to contact them they didn’t answer my phone and I got rude replies from their customer service colleague George was was unhelpful. When requested to speak to an supervisor or manager I was told I couldn’t and will get in touch next week. Please guys stay away from this company as I don’t want anyone else to experience this and the quality of cleaning is poor and below par standards.

A company to avoid.
Firstly a totally unprofessional “supervisor turned up not wearing a mask to supposedly check the property. The a txt from the office and phone call saying the cleaners didn’t expect it to be in this state and wanted another £100 to start and no guarantee for the work. When I asked her a question about what she reported she threw her hands in the air and hissed.
At this late stage I had no choice but to agree to what turned out to be an expensive domestic clean.
Will not use again or recommend.

After they had "finished", our letting agent didn't even acknowledge it as a professional clean until we showed them the receipt. The company then attempted to charge us an additional £189 to come and finish the job they were paid to do in the first place. Were it not for the letting agent pushing back against them then we would've been forced to pay this ridiculous fee on top of what we'd already paid.
They were paid for 8 man hours and in that time managed to clean the fridge, the hob, and the oven. I could've cleaned more in that time on my own with some washing up liquid and a sponge, let alone all the equipment they had.
Very annoyed, would recommend against using.
Service not up to standard, had to pay additional £75 for another cleaning company to finish the job properly. Oven not clean, toilet not clean, dust and cobwebs remaining. DO NOT USE

A very average cleaning company who do a very average job. We booked the end of tenancy cleaning package. Before they start work they try to impose additional charges saying the property was not as expected. Once you get through this conversation you leave the cleaning staff to the job. On return i would say we were massively underwhelmed. Carpets were sort or clean, kitchen was sort of clean and cobwebs and dust was still present in the corners. They did 75% of what was expected and i will have to clean again. Use with caution and low expectations

Monster Cleaning Services made a mediocre job of cleaning my house, and mysteriously and unjustifiably inflated the price we'd agreed in a way that seemed to me to be a well-practised manoeuvre.
The house was already essentially clean - and had to be attended to by an independent commercial cleaner only to satisfy the terms of a new tenancy agreement. Much of it had been redecorated and was left spotless by the decorators, and I had carried out a deep clean on the kitchen and bathrooms as part of a refurbishment of the tiles.
I agreed Monster's standard four bedroom house fee because it wasn't possible to negotiate a lower one for an already clean house, paying extra for a carpet and the oven to be cleaned.
I was disappointed and frankly disbelieving when Monster claimed that their staff had needed extra time to complete the clean, and added a sum of their own choosing to the bill - incidentally threatening not to return the keys to the agent unless it was paid.
The inventory that was carried out the next day found that the cleaning was far from perfect.
Monster sent me photographs of the house after they had finished which were of such low quality - unfocused, dark, low grade - that it was impossible to see from most of them what had been achieved.
But my main warning is about what seemed to be a routine addition of charges for "extra time". I think they were caught out this time by my knowing how clean the house was, when they thought I was an absentee landlord, but I would not want them to go on getting away with it.
Around 2 weeks ago I was moving home so I though I'd find a cleaning company to make an end of tenancy flat and carpet clean. I called monster to inform them of the full details of the home ie 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, lounge/kitchen, hall way and utility room. Upon being quoted a total of 320 I went ahead and the clean was booked for Tuesday at 1pm and 50 pound deposit was paid - a huge mistake on my part.
The first bad sign was the fact that the clean time changed to 3pm from 1pm that morning, with the two cleaners eventually arriving at 3.30pm. They cleaned the flat until 7.30pm, surprisingly quick for a full check out clean. Upon returning to the flat I realised that I had been scammed.
The two balconies hadn't been touched, the oven had been half completed, many surfaces were still dirty with smudges, carpets were completely dry despite a 'wet clean' & the windows were not touched from the outside (balcony windows) and even the inside windows were done terribly. Upon realising I called up the head office, with a man called George answering. Upon flagging these issues George was completely dismissive of the huge defects, flagging that it is normal for carpets to be dry within 2 hours of a 'wet clean', dismissing the balconies as not part of the quote (then telling the cleaners to do a quick job on one balcony), claiming windows & oven were done despite the obvious evidence. He then said that he believed the cleaners over me that a good job had been done that there was nothing wrong and having the cheek to demand full payment for a full service. This naturally made me furious and I ensured he knew that this was not even half a service, and most likely a scam and refused to pay the rest of the amount. They informed me that there was an insurance that if there were issues, cleaners would come to the flat and clean free of charge however following the lies that all work had been done correctly, I was not willing to trust a word George had to say.
The next day a man called Stan spoke to me. Stan unlike George was raised to have some treat others with dignity and respect unlike another employee (George). Stan understood there were issues and asked me to take pictures. Prior this Stan confirmed the balconies were part of the quote showing George lied in order to get payment and cut a corner. Once flagged Stan came back and said that the cleaners said that they cleaned the balconies, showing them to also be liars following the pictures sent of the balcony in an untouched state. Upon the evidence being bought to light I spoke with Stan about a final price for what had been done decently ie bathrooms, most kitchen and floor surfaces, fridge and utility rooms. This was reduced to 210 from 320, however at this point I informed them I had not received an apology (at which point I received a hasty apology) and they had not taken into account the fact I had to extend my tenancy to clean further and the equipment and time to ensure a decent job was done. They then suggested a further 20 pound reduction to 190, claiming they need to pay the cleaners for their job, at which point I flagged that cleaners who do half a job should be paid relative to half a job. This was a disgraceful offer as it did not account for the time I spent, cleaning equipment and the extra rent I had to pay to access the flat. I then told them I would pay 160 max. Stan called me back and said they would accept.
Stan did ask me not to write a review, however due to the huge stress this caused me in what was already a stressful time due to moving out, I could not let others fall for this trap. All in all, if you use this company you may as well walk on the street with a sign saying "Please scam me"
I have used Monster many times and they do a fantastic job. Most of the cleaning staff are from Bulgaria so I say:
