I was so scared and upset about the debts I was in, and thinking I could just burry my head in the sand didn't make it go away. I needed to sort my debts out as bailiffs were threatening to remove goods
I'm so glad I made the phone call, I felt at ease and was spoken to with empathy, I felt all my worries were taken away and a massive weight taken off my shoulders, everything about my dro was explained in depth, and no technical jargon, the call took almost an hour and a half but well worth it for peace of mind.
