The representatives I spoke with from Money Wellness were clear, concise and very knowledgeable. I had been living a nightmare of spiralling debt for a long time and within a couple of phone calls the overwhelming weight of insurmountable financial burden and stress was lifted from my shoulders

was expecting some detailed information to be sent through as advised on my call . i have autism so need time to think through etc . did not receive all info that the agent advised they would send only a single video that bankruptcy is your only option contrery too what the agent advised . i called back to advise all info not sent the women sho answered was brief short and standoffish and reluctently then said they will ask the agent to call me back .

I applied for a DRO,to do this I needed a new bank account.i struggled getting a new bank account due to ID issues.Im a vulnerable adult and it caused me a lot of stress.i told money wellness about my situation yet they still hounded me every day with up to 4 phone calls a day and text messages.this went on for the 4 weeks it took me get a new account.i explained to them on numerous occasions about my situation and how their constant calling and texting me wasn't helping me personally or helping me get a new account.i even resorted to sending them an email which they've yet to reply to.their website says about getting rid of stress,with me they just added to it.im pleased that they have had the gall to ask me to do them a review.i wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.bunch of vultures who only care about money and don't give a monkeys about the people in debt.any bank that recommends this lot need to have a rethink
