Great experience from start to finish. Advisors made sure to keep contact with me throughout the whole process. The advisors listened attentively to my experiences and how I ended up in my position. There was no judgement or scrutiny. Everything was explained clearly and repeatedly when needed and were very kind and patient. Going to moneywellness was the best decision I’ve made in a long time and a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Thankfully none of the help I received cost me a penny either. Would definitely recommend and I am so so grateful for all the help and support I have received throughout

I recently contacted Money Wellness for guidance during a very stressful period involving my financial difficulties and the process of applying for a Debt Relief Order (DRO). From the very first conversation, the support I received was exceptional.

Her telephone manner was impeccable from start to finish—calm, reassuring, and incredibly well‑informed. I am leaving this feedback on behalf of a lady who I care for who had revealed to me she had got into a lot of debt and had letters from the baliffs. This lady suffers with extreme anxiety, neurological disorders as well as other physical health conditions. We got signposted to money wellness and spoke with a lovely lady called Morag. She was so unbelievably understanding and helpful we built a real rapport with her during the course of the phone conversations. She talked us through every step and had weekly phone calls until the debt was resolved and a debt relief order was implemented. The lady who I care for would actively avoid phone calls and struggle to answer straightforward questions, however, Morag was so patient and ensured both of us knew the next steps. My client feels in control again and doesn’t feel the constant anxiety of court action and baliffs looming over her head.

I would highly recommend talking to money wellness. Having debt can leave anyone not knowing where to turn but opening up acknowledging the debt is the first steps.

Best service and staff

I was embarrassed to use their services, but the team assured me I wasn't the only one. They were efficient, sympathetic to my situation and worked with me to sort my finances out. Things were set in motion almost immediately and now I can sleep at night.
