I have recently purchased bmw m2 comp and I'm building it into a race car, Tye and the team at mode concepts have gone above and beyond to help me get the right parts for my build. couldn't recommend them higher.

Product is great! Brought a lowering module for my Audi. Came with zero instructions for install or app use but the internet helped us out there.
Website Said it would be 10-14 days - it took 8 weeks! In that time I received one email and one Instagram message despite checking in multiple times for updates. No explanation about why it was late or what was happening. We then opened a dispute with the bank to recover the nearly $3k and after letting them know this, I was met with the rudest email accusing me of taking the money and the product! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. You really need to up your communication skills! Shame really because the product is great and I couldn’t find it elsewhere in NZ.

Would of been nice to get a couple of stickers for my tool box lol

I ordered and paid for a BMW G87 M2 Mode Design Performance Equal Length single mid pipe on April 13, 2024. It was represented shipping would occur same day with delivery 3 to 8 days.
Today is 8 May 2024. I have received no shipping communication and no emails yet payment and order have been confirmed.ed.
I have sent numerous emails seeking details without any response. I have also bought many items in the past from Mode. $2849.88 of my money is in their possession including shipping costs. Nothing said and nothing delivered.
Beware of this lot they have no business ethic or service.

Wrong parts and they haven't offered refund. Only restated that my parts don't fit. Willing to revise this post if they stand behind their product.

I ordered a Splitter - after waiting a week or so for delivery I enquired where it was up to and was told it had been delivered. Upon chasing up the courier MODE had addressed It incorrectly. When I chased up with MODE they denied this, made excuses, lied etc. It took me finding the person it had gone to on Facebook to chase it up, confirm that they were at fault, and ship me a new splitter which took over 4 weeks in total. Absolutely appalling service - won't be shopping again.

Item never came also never recieved a tracking order I emailed multiple times I am now under the impression that this is a scam and not to be trusted

I've bought a charge pipe, boost pipe and catless downpipe for my 428i from Mode recently. Little do they know that I'm coming back to buy everything they have for it. Haha. Excellent quality products as show by their own m2 Competition out the front, which is absolutely gorgeous. Thanks blokes, keep up the good work.

I ordered bolts for my car and immediately the admin messaged me for further details. Turns out that I mistakenly did incorrect research and ordered the wrong bolts. MODE Auto Concepts corrected this and sent the correct bolts. It was received in less than 5 days. Great service!

Quality Parts, unfortunately received the wrong item. But they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Would buy again..

Quality product. Wheel spacers. Have not put on car yet. Packaging was remarkably good. Machining and finish look excellent. Very good product tracking.

It was a very easy pickup from their warehouse. Very quick to deal with and even gave me some advise on what will be my next purchase.

I live on the sunshine coast and ordered your part from Brisbane. Unfortunately as per your website you said that it's same day dispatch. I ordered pretty early on in the day on Wednesday. I payed extra for express postage. (1-2 day delivery) I needed the part by Friday. I even sent a courtesy email to say I need it sent away on the day of order.
No response, eventually I got an email saying it has been sent to the post office on Thursday evening.
You part arrived on Monday, the same time as a part I also ordered from Melbourne, at the same time your order was put through. Tried calling but couldn't figure out who was who on your website.

It is now March & still no response from Mode. I will stop thinking that someone from Mode may contact me as they obviously do not care when there is a problem. This is obvious by others that have commented.
No problem when everything goes well, when it doesn't no one cares
