Timely delivery. Well made, instructions easy to follow.
One suggestion. certain pieces are orientation critical. One side is just particle board, the other side is laminated. This should be noted in the instructions.

Ordered 2 large items. Didn’t receive one and received zero communication about the missing item. Had to call Mocka and they told me it was their mistake and I wouldn’t receive missing item for 3 months. Pretty poor customer service and some $10 off voucher. Pretty bad service. No communication whatsoever. Hmmm

Delivery was incredibly fast, furniture are well packaged, and the instructions are easy to understand. Takes some effort to put together, but you only have to do it once. The furniture is well built and stylish.

The bedside tables I wanted weren't in stock at the store, so they ordered them for me and got them delivered. I was told they would arrive in three days and they arrived in three days. They were packed really well and went together like a dream. They look awesome and they were on sale. I will definitely be a return shopper.
