I placed an online order on April 2nd, and one of the items was listed as a pre-order with an estimated arrival between April 14th–17th. However, no one followed up with me at all.
I had to make multiple calls and send several messages because, to this day, I still haven’t received my order. The only response I got was that it was a pre-order and that I should have expected to wait.
Now that the 17th has passed, I’m being told I need to wait even more days for them to dispatch it, even though the item is already in stock. They keep extending the timeline, which is very frustrating.
Customer service is definitely poor. I didn’t receive any updates or notifications unless I chased them myself through every possible channel. There is clearly no proper follow-up or communication with customers.

These are so affordable and whilst the quality of the materials aren't great, they look lovely in my kids bedrooms. So long as they don't sit on the desks, these will last for ages. Can't beat them at this price. My kids are so happy with them.

Easy to order, fast and efficient delivery, easy to assemble and would recommend Treasure Box I have made multiple purchases from them.

Quick delivery. Sorted out my error of not changing my address on my profile so my latest order was going to my old house, but the friendly staff managed to sort things before the order left the warehouse. Loved the tall boys so much I have ordered 2 low boys and 2 bedside tables. Furniture is good quality and very stylish.
