Missing Parts!
Furious! Ordered thousands of dollars worth of items, the first item opened without all parts supplied, when asked what Mocka will be doing about this very underwhelming, basically suck it up and wait for it to be delivered or dispose of the entirety and get a refund. Terrible customer service, incredibly inconvenient and generally disappointing!

Charming, Classic and Comfy
Dealing with Mocka, (my second time now), is easy and efficient. The ordering process and delivery of the 4 chairs was seamless and I am very very happy with them.
The only thing I would say as a caution is that you need someone who is handy to put them together - it was too much for me, but my talented, clever daughter-in-law had no trouble!

These shelves are gorgeous, exactly as I had hoped for. Yes there are a lot of screws but its very easy to assemble, only need a second period for a small amount of time to steady things otherwise its a one person job

Turned our new house into a home
We recently bought a new house, we ordered lots of furniture from Mocka probably the day before we moved to our new address and it showed up perfectly as we were moving in, I couldn't believe how quick it came.
Super high quality/tasteful furniture and putting it all together was a breeze.
