Not impressed with the delivery time

1st time ordering a top amd shorts for my granddaughter. Ordered in plenty of time for her birthday but nothing came. I emailed and was informed that they had moved warehouses and that the order would be sent the next day. I waited and checked still not sent so I emailed again with no response. I did eventually receive the order after her birthday which I wasn't to happy about, but she loves the items which is a bonus.

Shocking product quality which was unexpected from the price I paid, after trying to reiterate the rational the owner simply does not care.

Laura jones review number 5 what a sad wknd you've had have you sat at the pub with your friend creating these fake reviews what a sad little life you have all over some joggers your daughter ripped and you thought by blaming it on the seam we would just send you new ones thinking we wouldn't know the difference between a faulty seam and a rip. I actually feel sorry for you I just wonder how your going to prove the authenticity of all of these reviews from your fake accounts when trust pilot email you 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Absolute shambles of a business

We ordered a tracksuit which took an absolute millennia to be delivered. After one wash the seam on the thigh seemed to fray away causing a hole in the leg. An email was sent to which I was accused of ripping them even with the photos provided clearly showing the shoddiness of the material used, I’d expect this from a cheap clothing shop but for the capital you have fork over for such a “luxurious” item is quite frankly absurd. The lack of customer service skills would suggest the owner was trained by a caveman. Maybe a lesson from etiquette expert William Hanson would be beneficial for this budding entrepreneur. Would definitely rather take a bath with my toaster than use this joke of a company, you’d probably get a better response emailing Ronald McDonald.

Wow Laura what an extremely productive day you've had today writing not 1 but 2 1 star reviews about the same issue you have. Perhaps you should get some hobbies rather than writing inaccurate reviews for small businesses and instead watch some YouTube videos on how to sew up a rip that your daughter has done to her joggers. Also look up images of fabric seems coming apart compared to a rip/tear in the fabric.

I placed order 13233 on 19th June

I placed order 13233 on 19th June, I have not heard a thing since. I have emailed 3 times requesting update as order for my granddaughter, nothing. We are going on holiday shortly so will be requesting a refund if this does not arrive ur customer services need improving.

Gorgeous looking product but faulty and poor customer service

My daughter bought a hoodie and leggings set in women’s small. She is 13 so we thought this would mean she would get plenty wear out of it. She wore them once and there was a ladder right up the seam on the bottom. I have been emailing miss runway for months with no response so tried to contact via tik tok and got a message back saying this had never happened before and must be due to my daughter pulling them up wearing long nails. The ladder is right up the bottom seam so this would seem impossible plus she doesn’t have long nails. My daughter was so excited to receive her parcel and loves it but can nolonger wear the set due to the leggings being faulty. I’m so disappointed in the customer service at miss runway as the products look amazing but unfortunately we obviously got a faulty item and we are now being blamed for the fault. I have offered to return the Leggings but have been ignored. I have asked for a replacement pair but been ignored. It’s really upsetting for a child who has saved their own money to pay for an item they are really looking forward to wearing, only to find it’s faulty and the company are not prepared to even respond to emails or help at all.

I would like to add that I did not want to leave a bad review as I hoped I would get a response to my emails but when my first email was the 5th May, I now feel I have no choice. Sorry

In response to your reply miss runway. I have not had a response to my email at all. You sent a reply to a tik tok message. My daughter has not laddered her leggings they are at the Seem which is clearly a fault.I am disgusted with your customer-service and lack of response.I waited many weeks for a response and got nothing. You gripe at all those complaining about the quality of you leggings and say there is no issue but looking at these reviews I am not alone with a quality issue.

Anyone looking to purchase from this company I would avoid like the plague as their response is immature and disgusting! I have not had a response to my email and was not sure the tik tok response had even seen my images I sent. You have not asked to have them back to investigate at all but have behaved appallingly. I do not really give bad reviews as I prefer to support businesses but when they behave as poorly as you have this is why I resorted to trust pilot. Funny how you managed to reply to this within 24 hours but ignored by email for almost two months !!

I am extremely disappointed and appalled at your customer service. To not even ask for the product back to investigate is disgraceful and to ignore a genuine issue is disgusting

If you had replied to my emails and investigated and I had not been given a new set of leggings I would-not have come to trust pilot so it is not as you state to everyone who complains that we “did not get what we wanted”

I wanted a reply and a you to look properly at the leggings but you did not even have the decency to do that. I did not ask for a new set of leggings until my very last email as Iwas so disgusted at you lack of response

Thanks for your review however you have had a response from us but as you didn't like our answer you have decided to come to Trustpilot to leave a 1 star review this is usual when customers don't get their own way. As a small business our customer care is extremely fair and if we believe there to be a fault with a product we will of course replace it however when we can clearly see an item has been damaged we will not replace the item. We get that when you buy something it's annoying if your product gets damaged but you can't then claim new ones from the small business rather than buying another pair. The leggings don't just rip when you wear them as I told you I wear them daily and have done for years and never had an issue. However if they are caught on something sharp they will ladder of course as any fabric would. Unfortunately the fault was not with the product as we've already advised you after seeing the photos you provided but thanks for your review however this is simply because the decision didn't go in your favour.

Love this business!

Fantastic quality!
I ordered a hoodie from miss runway and it’s honestly so fluffy and it keeps me so warm, I love this business as they have a huge variety of different styles. They also do kid sizes which is even better. 5 stars🤍

Frustrating after sales!

Frustrating after sales!
Purchased in store in April, my daughter got home to find out one of her pairs of leggings has a huge hole. Clearly a manufactured fault.

Since then I’ve been emailing many many times to resolve, with photos too. Finally they contact me & say apparently my messages were going into a spam folder. I find this odd as my original message to them before we attended was sent to the same inbox & replied to promptly.

Anyway the resolve was for me to return the faulty leggings by post, so now I’m expected to pay to return their faulty goods!! I’ve replied requesting they pay the return postage but yet again waiting on the reply from them which may take weeks, meanwhile my young daughter who begged to me drive 50mins to buy from this “amazing brand”. Is left out of pocket.

Really disappointed Miss runway, you need to start treating your customers fairly

Thank you for your review.
I can see your last email was Saturday our email response time is within 48 hours Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Just to clarify the leggings weren't sold to your daughter with a hole in them this would have happened when she has tried them on. We have sold thousands of these leggings and I myself wear them most days and have never had a hole in them so we do not consider them to have a manufacturers fault.

We have found when a select few children/teen customers are purchasing the leggings they have indeed ripped the leggings whilst putting them on. We are a small business and although they weren't sold with a hole in nor do we believe them to have a manufacturers fault do the the volume we have sold without complaints we still offered to replace them for you but you do not wish to return the other leggings to us!

I think we have been extremely fair by offering to replace the leggings for you but you will need to return the ones you have to us.

It's a real shame customers like yourself feel the need to come and have a moan on trust pilot about a small business even though we have offered you a replacement pair once we receive yours back even though we sold them to you in perfect condition. It simply isn't good enough judging by your profile your a tough customer to please!

Unfortunately like most of the other companies you've reviewed we didn't meet your satisfaction but that's ok as we do please thousands of customers a week.

Fantastic quality.

Fantastic quality.. my daughter absolutely loves miss runway..
We bought the shorts and some T-shirts at north Weald market all ready for summer. When we couldn’t find the T-shirt size on the stall we was able to go and collect it at the shop with no problem,it was even freshly sprayed on the day.
My daughter is also loving the sprayed painted hair bows.
Very helpful and lovely people.. would highly recommend

I’ve been trying to contact them for…

I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks now they sent me one email back and haven’t responded since I’m looking to exchange a faulty product which cost me nearly 90€

They are in fact faulty they are supposed to be a xxs which measures at 25 inches the shorts you sent measured at 22 inches which is not correct measurement so that’s a fault with your shorts I’ve asked you will you cover postage for the new pair to be sent which you haven’t answered
No part of my reply says that I don’t want to return and re order?? I asked as the problem was on your part could you pay the shipping costs as it’s going to cost me 20€ to post the wrongly sized ones back then pay another 20€ ish to have you send the correct sized ones and a uk size 4 is not 22inchs and that’s what these measure as

Hi Ali, thanks so much for your review we have responded to your emails with our returns address but you don't want to pay to return your denim shorts. The product isn't faulty it's simply too small for you. As advised you can return the shorts for a credit note to re order the next size up. Unfortunately all international orders are subject to customs fees which are out of our control.

Our shorts were made to our sizing specifications we could have sent you measurements had you asked before ordering. We state a XXS Is a uk 4 which based on our model fits was a true uk 4. We would have been more than happy to help with sizing queries before ordering but unfortunately will not be able to ship a new pair free of charge.
We have agreed to accept a return on these even though they are made to order so you can re order the next size up but unfortunately you do not wish to return and re order.

Seamless experience here! Placed my order online, instantly received email confirmation. When ordering it does state during levels of popular demand, that spray orders can take up to 28 days. So I was very pleasantly surprised to receive my order on day 9!
I am generally size 16-18 & prefer slightly looser clothing to hide my baby belly.
This cheesecloth shirt it amazing!!
It hangs perfectly, the material is beautiful, the colour & design is beautiful.
I will definitely be placing orders in the future!

Avoid- take your money and disappear6 weeks waiting on an order

6 weeks waiting on an order, no communication, no responses,no item. £54 put of pocket. Claims proceedings about to be started

Order number 11256 in name if Sarah More (my fiancée) she has chased several times and had no reply, I have also chased on her behalf. Suggest you read emails sent via your website.

A wholly unpleasant experience.

Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever seen and experienced!! You don’t need to look far from the review responses to see where the customer fits into the priority list - quite far down judging by my experience and the experience of others taking the time to review!!

I have never seen such poor complaints handling!!!

In response to the below - thank you for proving my point!!

It did go in my favour and you will not receive my funds as I initiated a charge back which you’ve tried to falsely reclaim. Know who I am now? Just because I’ve used a different email address to review doesn’t mean I wasn’t a customer!

Thankfully I had all the evidence to send to my bank

Once again, thank you for proving my point - your customer service is shocking. You need some serious lessons in how to communicate with the people who are lining your pockets.

I actually really hope that you’re ok, you sound awfully troubled.

My final response :

Wow - you really think you’re right here don’t you. I have screenshot and sent to my bank the full email trail noting the following;

1) order chased twice - no response
2) chargeback requested from bank
3) delightful email from you stating item was delivered so you’ll be “submitting evidence”
4) I’d already notified bank that item received & replied to your email to request best course of action as item arrived too late
5) your reply stated
“You have claimed your money back from your bank already, if your item is returned we will not claim the money back from your bank for the delivered item.”
6) item returned - tracked delivery
7) email from you to acknowledge receipt
8) notification from my bank that you’re claiming my money from my bank (see 5 - above - where you said you wouldn’t). So you want the product back as well as my money?? How is that ok??
9) I sent all evidence to my bank
10) I’ve left a review here to warn others
11) you’ve continued to demonstrate how poor your communication skills are on a public forum!!

If you’re doing so well, I’d really consider employing somebody who can help you with your customer service - I’m sure you have strengths in other areas but CS is definitely not for you.

Hi Herbie we don't have an order under your name so it's really difficult to see what your complaint was. Unfortunately if a complaint doesn't go in the customers favour they usually always find their way to Trustpilot to leave a 1 star review out of frustration for not getting the outcome they had hoped for.

With over 12,000 orders since September we must be pleasing the majority of our customers and as a small business owner that's all I strive to do in life there will always be the minority that can never be pleased!

In response to your reply again no order number given or order name so we still have no clue who you are or if you have in fact ever ordered from us before. If you did charge your money back through your bank and we rejected it would have been because your order was in fact delivered or you didn't even wait the dispatch timeframe before charging your money back. At this point we know nothing about you or your order other than the fact you are a true delight. We will be requesting that Trustpilot authenticate your review by providing them with your order confirmation.

So Herbie Snail you are in fact Sue Walker no wonder I couldn't find your order, so just to shed some light for anyone else reading this your black Ra Ra skirt was delivered on 16th February and yes you charged your money back so we submitted the evidence to show it has been delivered and your bank we also advised you to return the skirt back to us as at this point you had the skirt and your money back and you can then send the tracking information to your bank to close your chargeback down.

Your clearly the troubled one Herbie aka Sue enjoy the rest of your day, perhaps your local community centre offer some local activities for you to join in rather than writing these nonsense Trustpilot reviews. Also I would rather customers like you didn't "line my pockets"

Brilliant service

I placed an order for our daughters birthday, she loves the Miss Runway brand. Her birthday is next week and I was concerned it wouldn't arrive on time, I contact customer service a couple of days ago explaining my concerns and they were so incredibly helpful, they shipped the order very quickly which has arrived this afternoon and is absolutely lovely. My daughter will be over the moon!. Thank you so much for a fantastic service. We most definitely will be reordering in the future.
