1st time ordering a top amd shorts for my granddaughter. Ordered in plenty of time for her birthday but nothing came. I emailed and was informed that they had moved warehouses and that the order would be sent the next day. I waited and checked still not sent so I emailed again with no response. I did eventually receive the order after her birthday which I wasn't to happy about, but she loves the items which is a bonus.
Shocking product quality which was unexpected from the price I paid, after trying to reiterate the rational the owner simply does not care.

We ordered a tracksuit which took an absolute millennia to be delivered. After one wash the seam on the thigh seemed to fray away causing a hole in the leg. An email was sent to which I was accused of ripping them even with the photos provided clearly showing the shoddiness of the material used, I’d expect this from a cheap clothing shop but for the capital you have fork over for such a “luxurious” item is quite frankly absurd. The lack of customer service skills would suggest the owner was trained by a caveman. Maybe a lesson from etiquette expert William Hanson would be beneficial for this budding entrepreneur. Would definitely rather take a bath with my toaster than use this joke of a company, you’d probably get a better response emailing Ronald McDonald.

I placed order 13233 on 19th June, I have not heard a thing since. I have emailed 3 times requesting update as order for my granddaughter, nothing. We are going on holiday shortly so will be requesting a refund if this does not arrive ur customer services need improving.

My daughter bought a hoodie and leggings set in women’s small. She is 13 so we thought this would mean she would get plenty wear out of it. She wore them once and there was a ladder right up the seam on the bottom. I have been emailing miss runway for months with no response so tried to contact via tik tok and got a message back saying this had never happened before and must be due to my daughter pulling them up wearing long nails. The ladder is right up the bottom seam so this would seem impossible plus she doesn’t have long nails. My daughter was so excited to receive her parcel and loves it but can nolonger wear the set due to the leggings being faulty. I’m so disappointed in the customer service at miss runway as the products look amazing but unfortunately we obviously got a faulty item and we are now being blamed for the fault. I have offered to return the Leggings but have been ignored. I have asked for a replacement pair but been ignored. It’s really upsetting for a child who has saved their own money to pay for an item they are really looking forward to wearing, only to find it’s faulty and the company are not prepared to even respond to emails or help at all.
I would like to add that I did not want to leave a bad review as I hoped I would get a response to my emails but when my first email was the 5th May, I now feel I have no choice. Sorry
In response to your reply miss runway. I have not had a response to my email at all. You sent a reply to a tik tok message. My daughter has not laddered her leggings they are at the Seem which is clearly a fault.I am disgusted with your customer-service and lack of response.I waited many weeks for a response and got nothing. You gripe at all those complaining about the quality of you leggings and say there is no issue but looking at these reviews I am not alone with a quality issue.
Anyone looking to purchase from this company I would avoid like the plague as their response is immature and disgusting! I have not had a response to my email and was not sure the tik tok response had even seen my images I sent. You have not asked to have them back to investigate at all but have behaved appallingly. I do not really give bad reviews as I prefer to support businesses but when they behave as poorly as you have this is why I resorted to trust pilot. Funny how you managed to reply to this within 24 hours but ignored by email for almost two months !!
I am extremely disappointed and appalled at your customer service. To not even ask for the product back to investigate is disgraceful and to ignore a genuine issue is disgusting

If you had replied to my emails and investigated and I had not been given a new set of leggings I would-not have come to trust pilot so it is not as you state to everyone who complains that we “did not get what we wanted”
I wanted a reply and a you to look properly at the leggings but you did not even have the decency to do that. I did not ask for a new set of leggings until my very last email as Iwas so disgusted at you lack of response

Fantastic quality!
I ordered a hoodie from miss runway and it’s honestly so fluffy and it keeps me so warm, I love this business as they have a huge variety of different styles. They also do kid sizes which is even better. 5 stars🤍
Frustrating after sales!
Purchased in store in April, my daughter got home to find out one of her pairs of leggings has a huge hole. Clearly a manufactured fault.
Since then I’ve been emailing many many times to resolve, with photos too. Finally they contact me & say apparently my messages were going into a spam folder. I find this odd as my original message to them before we attended was sent to the same inbox & replied to promptly.
Anyway the resolve was for me to return the faulty leggings by post, so now I’m expected to pay to return their faulty goods!! I’ve replied requesting they pay the return postage but yet again waiting on the reply from them which may take weeks, meanwhile my young daughter who begged to me drive 50mins to buy from this “amazing brand”. Is left out of pocket.
Really disappointed Miss runway, you need to start treating your customers fairly

Fantastic quality.. my daughter absolutely loves miss runway..
We bought the shorts and some T-shirts at north Weald market all ready for summer. When we couldn’t find the T-shirt size on the stall we was able to go and collect it at the shop with no problem,it was even freshly sprayed on the day.
My daughter is also loving the sprayed painted hair bows.
Very helpful and lovely people.. would highly recommend
I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks now they sent me one email back and haven’t responded since I’m looking to exchange a faulty product which cost me nearly 90€
They are in fact faulty they are supposed to be a xxs which measures at 25 inches the shorts you sent measured at 22 inches which is not correct measurement so that’s a fault with your shorts I’ve asked you will you cover postage for the new pair to be sent which you haven’t answered
No part of my reply says that I don’t want to return and re order?? I asked as the problem was on your part could you pay the shipping costs as it’s going to cost me 20€ to post the wrongly sized ones back then pay another 20€ ish to have you send the correct sized ones and a uk size 4 is not 22inchs and that’s what these measure as

I am generally size 16-18 & prefer slightly looser clothing to hide my baby belly.

It hangs perfectly, the material is beautiful, the colour & design is beautiful.

Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever seen and experienced!! You don’t need to look far from the review responses to see where the customer fits into the priority list - quite far down judging by my experience and the experience of others taking the time to review!!
I have never seen such poor complaints handling!!!
In response to the below - thank you for proving my point!!
It did go in my favour and you will not receive my funds as I initiated a charge back which you’ve tried to falsely reclaim. Know who I am now? Just because I’ve used a different email address to review doesn’t mean I wasn’t a customer!

Once again, thank you for proving my point - your customer service is shocking. You need some serious lessons in how to communicate with the people who are lining your pockets.
I actually really hope that you’re ok, you sound awfully troubled.

Wow - you really think you’re right here don’t you. I have screenshot and sent to my bank the full email trail noting the following;
1) order chased twice - no response
2) chargeback requested from bank
3) delightful email from you stating item was delivered so you’ll be “submitting evidence”
4) I’d already notified bank that item received & replied to your email to request best course of action as item arrived too late
5) your reply stated
“You have claimed your money back from your bank already, if your item is returned we will not claim the money back from your bank for the delivered item.”
6) item returned - tracked delivery
7) email from you to acknowledge receipt
8) notification from my bank that you’re claiming my money from my bank (see 5 - above - where you said you wouldn’t). So you want the product back as well as my money?? How is that ok??
9) I sent all evidence to my bank
10) I’ve left a review here to warn others
11) you’ve continued to demonstrate how poor your communication skills are on a public forum!!
If you’re doing so well, I’d really consider employing somebody who can help you with your customer service - I’m sure you have strengths in other areas but CS is definitely not for you.

I placed an order for our daughters birthday, she loves the Miss Runway brand. Her birthday is next week and I was concerned it wouldn't arrive on time, I contact customer service a couple of days ago explaining my concerns and they were so incredibly helpful, they shipped the order very quickly which has arrived this afternoon and is absolutely lovely.
