Outstanding Customer Service!

I contacted Missrunway with a query prior to placing my order and I was absolutely stunned to receive an immediate response. I have never ever experienced such efficiency from a company before!
The lady that dealt with my query (Charlene), was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I expected in order to assist me.
My order arrived promptly and the quality of the garments is exceptional! I know there will be an extremely excited young lady on Christmas morning when she receives them!
Thank you Missrunway for your outstanding Customer Service . I will definitely be ordering from you again !

Ignore the negative Nellys & reviews!

Ignore the negative Nellys and reviews and judge for yourself! Please bear in mind they are a small business not a mass production line! My daughter and I have visited the market, have ordered on line and my husband is now a regular in the shop as he works nearby! The quality of the items are great and have had no problems with the washing -both from the Miss Runway and Run Apparel ranges. We’ve bought a wide selection over the past year and for gifts! Obviously, if you are ordering spray painted items on line they will take a bit longer, as it says, as they are sprayed to order. My husband collected a hoodie today that I’d ordered and the staff were nothing but helpful . It was due for posting today and they went outside and found it in the packaging area . He collected the new graffiti hoody which looks amazing (not spray painted … or from China 🙈). Keep up the good work - can’t wait to come over to the shop over selves in the new year! Enjoy your Christmas rest ladies … and Dan!

So happy with my order ❤️

Just want to say how quick Miss runway has got my order out. They stated it would come before Christmas and I received it today. I ordered a baby pink pastel heart from their new collection. It is amazing quality. My daughter will be the happiest girl on Christmas.

No reply to my emails

I have ordered from Miss Runway previously and been very happy with my purchase. However I ordered another hoody recently and it is huge compared to the previous one, despite both being labelled as a medium. I have sent about 6 emails in total now and am still awaiting a resolution to this. The last email I received was almost a week ago and I had emailed photos of the hoodies/size labels as requested but haven't heard anything since. The website is now shut until Christmas eve and there is no phone number to contact them so it was a last resort to add this review.
I am going to have one very disappointed daughter on Christmas morning as it is a Christmas gift for her and the hoody will drown her.

Hi thanks so much for your negative review however we don't make the hoodies ourselves we just purchase them from a supplier as you can see they are both labelled with an M for medium so it has been made and sent correctly if there is an issue with the sizing coming up bigger then that must have been an error in the factory it certainly doesn't warrant a negative review to a small business that is extremely damaging. We have also offered you a replacement hoodie. As a small business owner I find it hard to comprehend how people still feel the need to leave these horrid reviews for small businesses. Like most companies we don't have a customer service phone number our emails have been extremely busy as it's the busiest time of the year and we are a team of 5 we are working around the clock to get these orders to people for Christmas. What a shame you felt the need to come to Trustpilot to leave a negative review however when you were happy with your first order didn't leave us a positive review!

I give it 3 stars because the delivery time was reasonable. Intuition tells me this is a drop shipping print on demand business model.

Quality is not great at all - I believed I was receiving genuinely "spray painted" customised hoodies.

This is nothing short of poor Chinese quality with ironed on decals.

These hoodies do not reflect a £35 price tag.

But I did receive the order, so for that it's 3 stars.

Wow what a delight you are, we are definitely not a drop shipping print on demand business. And I beg to differ in reference to your "Chinese quality" as our garments are extremely high quality and are designed to last unlike spray painted items which I'm sure you would have come to Trustpilot to complain about your spray painted items fading after a few washes as it's not designed to last unlike our printed collection!

I'm not sure how you would think the items you've ordered are hand sprayed as you can definitely tell they aren't if that's what you wanted you should have ordered our hand sprayed item.

Can you tell me when to expect my order…

Can you tell me when to expect my order No: 17885 please? I have had no confirmation email but have paid for item. My royal mail tracking number is not recognised either 🤷‍♂️ I ordered this in the 18th November. I have not had a response to any email sent.

Update: sorry it was the 29th as you stated, my mistake.

I have not had any confirmation of order, I sent you an email 2 days ago and as yet have had no response.

Great, it’s out for dispatch tomorrow, once item is received I will review this once again.

We haven't got any outstanding emails from you I have checked. Your tracking information has already been sent to the email address you've provided you may want to check your spam folder.
Your order is out for delivery tomorrow please delete this inaccurate 1 star review as it's extremely damaging to a small business.
You also ordered on the 29th November not the18th and spray painted items take up to 21 working days to be made and dispatched as stated at time of ordering.

Your order confirmation was sent to you at 9.16am on the 29th November you may want to check the email you provided on your order if your not receiving that or the tea information that was sent yesterday it may be in your spam folder. And we don't have any emails under your name we have checked our inbox and our spam folder unless you've emailed under a different name.

Made an order on 20th November

Made an order on 20th November. Emailed 5 days laster to ask why hasn’t is been shipped yet. No reply at all and still no parcel. Order still hasn’t been shipped as per their email order confirmation. Really disappointed as was a present for Christmas for my daughter. Also no telephone number anywhere to contact

Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review. You've ordered a spray painted items i'm not sure if you are aware that these are hand spray painted and made to order. Our website clearly stated at time of ordering that these items take up to 21 working days to be made and dispatched due to the high volume of orders it's a shame you failed to read this when ordering.
Your order is still within that timeframe and as we are 3 weeks away from Christmas we still have plenty of time for that to be . Also like most companies we don't have a customer service phone number for customers no it's email only.
Please let us know if you would like this order cancelled if you are to impatient to wait the displayed dispatch time and I'll cancel your order for you.

ORDER NO 15718

I ordered two items from their spray painted range. Received both items in good time, but unfortunately the T-Shirt that I ordered was a Grey Heart T-Shirt size 6-8 Small UK but received size Medium. I immediately sent email and received reply back same day 15th November stating that it was an error by new trading staff and they would send replacement size 6-8 after the weekend of the 16/17th November. Unfortunately I have heard nothing from Miss Runway and noticed that the cut off date for these particular items being sent out was the 29th November. To be honest I am gutted that my Granddaughter who is 12 y.o. will now not receive her much wanted T-Shirt to go with the hoodie that is really nice. Can I just add the hoodie was the 2nd one ordered as she lost the first one and I had no hesitation in reordering. Please can you reply to let me know where the T-Shirt is.
UPDATE - 6/12/24
It was a shame I had to put this review out to receive a reply.
However I did receive a reply stating that the T-Shirt had been sent and am very pleased to say that I received the correct T-Shirt this afternoon.
I do realise that small businesses are strained at this time of year especially ones like Miss Runway that have specialised products that are made to order, but had they advised that the order had been sent my initial review would have been totally different.
That being said Miss Runway products are great quality and we will have a very Happy Granddaughter this Christmas.
Just to say looking forward to new range coming out and I am sure we will be ordering more products.

POOR QUALITY & UNABLE TO RETURN

Does anyone have a return address for this company? Attempted to email on two occasions but not recieved anything from them after agreeing to a credit note?

Poor quality clothing and not true to size. Very disappointed.

Thanks so much for your review not sure who you are behind the initials though.
On each items description it does state our items are hand made to order and are non returnable.
Our clothing quality is definitely not poor and we do have size guides available. If you can provide us with your actual name and order number we can assist you with getting a credit note raised for you to re order the correct size.

Hi Nic thank you for 1 star review, as you can see on your tracking number your parcel has been shipped by us on the 13th November well ahead of our advised 21 working days your parcel is currently at Preston Delivery office so we have shipped your order there maybe delivery delays within Royal Mail which are out of our control. There is no need to be "furious" with us as a small business we are well aware all of our orders are Christmas presents which is why me and my team are working 7 days a week to get the orders delivered way before Xmas and have done so with your order.
You have emailed twice on the 25th November our email response time is within 72 hours during busy periods. We will respond to your email by the end of the working day with your tracking number.

Please amend your inaccurate 1 start review as this is extremely damaging to a small business.

As you can imagine this is everyone's busiest time of the year so we ask for patience and politeness whilst we are doing the most behind the scenes to get everyone's orders out in a timely manner!

Like others that print/sprayed to order shame unable to return at all even for a lesser refund.
No size guide and found getting the right size tricky.
Shorts first orders size M 10 way too small so ordered a 12, which fit yet still tight especially for a 12.
Ordered a large in t-shirt and absolutely ginormous in all directions. So re-ordered a cropped M which was fine.
Tshirt quality great, short quality questionable the zip not the best weak and cranky.

poor!!

honestly i am in shock of the poor customer service received from this company - no response to my last emails - totally ignoring them all. how they have a huge following baffles me!

To your response..... I apologised in my first ever email regarding the 'small ' mark on the hoodie, I honestly thought my child had just tried it on and i should of checked it over before sending it back to you, that's my wrong doing and like I said I apologised!! I would of happily covered the cost of the return...this was never mentioned to me... nor was anything about it being sent via royal mail. You told me you would check with your warehouse but I heard nothing back so chased and chased for an update ...only now after posting on social media do I get a response. I never once slated your products, I just wasn't a fan of the customer service I received. It takes 2 secs to update a customer!! I wasn't being rude so wouldn't expect it back.

Thanks so much for your charming review, you have in fact been replied to via email with regards to the hoodie you tried returning to us but it was in fact returned to us dirty so we couldn't accept the return. We have emailed you to say we couldn't accept the return and we would return the hoodie back to you. We did also cover the cost of returning the dirty hoodie back to you even though we shouldn't have had to. We have chased this up with Royal Mail Monday as we told you we would and they have advised it is on its way to you. We have also advised this via email tonight. The reason we have such a huge following is because we have thousands of happy customers unfortunately you're never going to please everyone like yourself but as long as we are pleasing the majority that's all that matters.

Faster delivery than expected

After reading reviews I was dubious to order but I ordered on 25th July and it has arrived today 7th August. Much quicker than expected! Quality looks good. Putting away for my daughters birthday in September. I think she will be over the moon. Only reason I haven’t given 5 star is the item is yet to be worn

Not impressed with the delivery time

1st time ordering a top amd shorts for my granddaughter. Ordered in plenty of time for her birthday but nothing came. I emailed and was informed that they had moved warehouses and that the order would be sent the next day. I waited and checked still not sent so I emailed again with no response. I did eventually receive the order after her birthday which I wasn't to happy about, but she loves the items which is a bonus.
