Michael Graham are very impressive. Wendy and Jack were fantastic. Very communicative and always gave updates. They were the first to give any significant update.
We would definitely use Michael Graham in the future.

I would highly recommend Michael Graham and Steve he did a really great job when we bought our home and we’re very pleased with the service provided.

Michael Graham was our go to Estate Agent as we wanted a high quality new build home. They showed us various options that suited our budget and were helpful and professional from first viewing through to completion.

Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable agency. We had so many questions because we were buying for the first time in the UK but Gareth was very helpful and responsive to all of our queries

Thomas is professional, friendly and communicative. He has kept us informed throughout the buying process and has been very helpful. Highly recommended.

The lady was extremely unprofessional, rude, and showed no concern for the client. That is not how you attend to a customer—it was very disappointing. She didn’t even bother to explain anything about the house.

NOTE:
Please. Teach them more on how to attend to a client.

We had a really straightforward experience both selling and buying through Michael Graham. Angie in the Olney office handled our purchase and Paul in the Stony Stratford office handled our sale. They were great - open, communicative and helpful throughout. Paul found us a buyer very quickly too.

Having just sold and bought through Michael graham we can say with confidence that our transactions were made so much easier with the team in Bedford looking after us. As with most sales, there were times that were somewhat bumpy to say the least but Jack and Jonathon were always on hand to help and resolve when things got a little stressful. They sold ours for a price we were delighted with as promised and also secured us what is now our forever home. We love it. Would have zero qualms recommending MG in Bedford to my friends and family when they come to sell and buy. 5* from us!! Alex and Lou.

What an absolute s£!tshow. I made an offer on a house on a agreement that I would sell my property. That was accepted. They did not stop the sellers doing viewings. All this while making me believe I had the property. I sold my house within two weeks. I went back to them to let them know I sold my house. They said sorry, the sellers just accepted another offer. The communication was terrible. There's never anyone in the office. The people that are in the office can't do anything and don't know anything. Both viewings I had, the agent sat in his car and said the door is open, go and have a look.
I will avoid any property from Michael Graham. Even if I really like it.

Not as bad as Taylors but that's a pretty low bar to achieve.

Michael Graham Estate agent- Bedford branch: made an apt to view a property- agent didn't turn up.Rang their office while I was there- the girl said "it's not in the diary" despite me having confirmation & reminder. Two hours later got a text saying "how did the viewing go". I replied " you didn't turn up" & expected someone will ring me next day & apologise...nobody did. Rang the office to rearrange- no apology from the man but instead suspecting that I'm probably lying but just saying "i will make some enquiries & come back to you". Just before closing time, the girl who arranged the apt rang me & said she is returning my call but doesn't apologise for not turning up. So I ask & she admits that something went wrong at their end, but doesn't talk much except try to rearrange. So I book it for the next day at 2pm & like the first time, I again arrived 2mins early. After nobody shows up the SECOND TIME, I rang them at 2.05pm, another lady says "it's not in the diary" but put me on hold to ask a colleague & then said they tried to ring me to rearrange but I told her I don't have a missed call. Total lie as I checked again... no missed call from anyone! I just couldn't believe that an agent could be that hopeless- never happened in 40 years I have been buying/ selling property!!! She offered to make another apt but I declined... never going to view anything through Michel Graham Estate agent again, so beware of putting your property on the market with this hopeless agent. None of their staff have contacted me & offered an apology... pathetic!

How hopeless are they? Checked other reviews- not surprised to see so many other BAD reviews they have, for many different branches...it's not just this branch. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST ESTATE AGENT EVER AS PER MY EXPERIENCE, & I HAVE DEALT WITH HUNDREDS IN MANY CITIES FOR OVER 40 YEARS!

Our experience of Michael Graham has been fantastic. They were the estate agents on our purchase and without them we wouldn’t have had a clue what was going on as our estate agents, Yopa, were so poor. Special thanks go to Hannah and Wendy who went above and beyond, seen them in action I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Hi, normally don’t leave feedback, however, would like to pass this across.
Had a visit yesterday for valuation from a lady at your Hitchin branch. I felt really upset following this visit.
As soon as the lady arrived she saw the front room and turned her nose up. I appreciate that having moving boxes in a room isn’t the most appealing, however, when moving house this is normal. The estate agent made a comment of ‘Michael Graham is an upper class estate agents and this wouldn’t fit into our hierarchy’. I ignored it originally and mentioned the situation I was in. The next 5 - 10 minutes the estate agent kept reminding me that Michael Graham is an upper class estate agents and don’t deal in lower class houses. The valuation ended there as I asked her to leave and will not be using Michael Graham to sell my house.
For reference, the house is a modest house in an affluent area, the lack of respect from your estate agent was extremely upsetting. If you only want to sell million pound houses then don’t offer a service to a house worth upwards of £300,000.

Selling our parents family home was sad but made easy with all the help and advise we were given. Madga from the Newport pagnell branch she was really professional, helped with lots of issues but we got sorted with her help and knowledge .
Would definitely use them again when the time comes .

Magda and the team in the newport-pagnell branch were excellent from the start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and efficient but professional service. Would highly recommend.

We initially used Michael Graham in Aylesbury for the sale of our home, due to the excellent experience we’d had with Luke, who previously worked there & sold us our house. Sadly, Luke had moved on to another office taking his professionalism with him.
We had an appraisal on our property with one of the agents & as Isabel knew someone who loved our village, she had a buyer & unfortunately became our agent.
Communications with Isabel were at best sparing. She didn’t return my phone calls & I was constantly chasing her. Viewings were organised without consulting us & when I questioned, was very rudely spoken to by Graham. She arrived without keys to a viewing, to which I had to return to let them in. But the last viewing she didn’t even arrive, so the onus was on us to communicate with the buyers. We ended up having email communication with the buyers for the rest of the process, as Isabel lacked the knowledge of our property & frankly seemed disinterested.
We were leaving the country, so I specifically asked for email communication, which never happened, except a terse email from Isabel leading us to think there had been some fraudulent activity in the middle of night. Only to then get told ‘sorry, wrong person’. After keeping us up contacting our solicitors & causing undue stress.
On completion, we received no information, or word from her that it was indeed completed.
My review is based on complete incompetence. Very disappointing & we will not be recommending Michael Graham Aylesbury to anyone.

DONT USE!!
I just had the most awful experience with the branch manager at the Newport Pagnell office. He was verbally abuse to me, I stayed calm and asked if we could work as a team to resolve letting issues and he told me that I was only paying him £1000.00 and this was not a lot of money, unfortunately this is a huge amount of money to me. He treated me with complete disrespect and disregard and more or less said if I was a higher paying customer he would be more helpful!!! Absolutely would NOT recommend anyone use them unless you have heaps of money that you can give them !!!
