We looked at over 15 programs before we selected Mhelpdesk. is Mhelpdesk perfect for our application (processing Liquor Licenses)? No but our business can not operate without Mhelpdesk. Going with Mhelpdesk is the best business decision I have ever made. The cut over was easier than upgrading my cell phone. our staff of 15 ran with it. Once we were up on Mhelpdesk we realized the benefit and we never looked back. Its keeps getting better every day

Couldn't ask for a better scheduling software, they have made my life and my accountants life so much easier. They always take care of any issues we are having, and I have referred everyone i know to try this out. If you are in the scheduling business this is the software to use.

One of the best features of mhelpdesk is that we are able to see where our techs are and schedule appointments in the areas where they are located, increasing our response time to customers. Life simplified!
I've been able to completely forgo using a pen and paper and I don't miss it at all. It's awesome how quickly I can build estimates, schedule jobs and even collect payments without even having to go on a computer. My absolute favorite part is it links with my QuickBooks which make my end of month numbers a breeze. It's so simple to use and makes my life much easier. Great product:)

I use to text my technicians to figure out where they are. Now i can see on a map their actual location... sorta like uber. Then i can schedule them a new job if they are close to a job when they get done. its so easy and now im super organized, winning more job, and growing my business faster than before
Best program for small business
I like the power and simplicity, that is matched by their staff that treats you like you are their only customer. What you see is what you get. For the most part, I set up my office alone. MHelpdesk's video tutorials are very helpful. If you still have a question, they are there for you. They are always listening to their clients' needs and evolving the software. They have discussion boards to suggest new ideas and talk about the software. Also, you can always call or email.

As a business owner, I have tons of scheduling, invoices, job tickets, bills, you name it on my plate. I was feeling very overwhelmed and decided that I finally needed some help because I had been doing everything by hand. With mHelpDesk my life has gotten so much easier and so much less stressful. Great Service to Manage Your jobs
Being a small business owner, I was having trouble organizing my business orders and invoices. For a while, I hired a couple of part-time employees to take care of this, but they were not very good or efficient so I began looking for software alternatives. I recently purchased mhelpdesk and have been impressed by the efficiency in which it processes data entry and holds records. At this point, I can't even imagine running my small business without it. I highly recommend it.
Has the potential to dominate!
We have been using Mhelpdesk for almost 6 months now. The initial setup went fairly smooth. We were assigned a rep that was with us every step of the way. Me having a technical background made it easier, but I could see how someone who has no experience might stumble quite a bit. The training videos are decent but could use some fine tuning.
It took about 3 months to say that we were running smoothly, which is a little longer than I expected. However, now that we are on the ground running, we are really enjoying the software. We know that MHD is still adding new features and some of them are much needed, like recurring work orders, which we are beta testing right now. The mobile app really needs a renovation, which we hear is coming soon!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this to a friend, simply due to the low cost each month. As a small business owner, who watches every penny, I can tell you that I have researched many FSM softwares and this is definitely the best bang for your small business dollar.

Just what I was looking for
I started using mHelpDesk about a year ago and have found it to be a great help. I have experience with some open source content management systems and was looking at putting a solution together myself, but I didn't have time to do this and try to get my business off the ground at the same time. I tried mHelpDesk and found it to be just what I was looking for, and well worth the money. The iOS app is especially helpful for me and it's been great to see that lots of features and improvements have been added since I started using mHelpDesk. No solution is perfect but, the development I've seen in the last year makes me confident that mHelpDesk will continue to grow along my business. Give it a try for yourself!
