Help with Template

Called this morning with an issue I created trying to adjust my invoice template. I was really stressed cause I had a bunch of invoices to create.
I called mhelpdesk this morning and within an hour they had me back up and running. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend them.

Great tool

Their are a lot of choices for field service software out there. I tried out a bunch, this one was the best. It allows me to manage my business and easily stay on top of what work needs to be done,has been done and needs to be paid still.
The pro's -
Wicked easy platform, I literally started using it with no training, it works for a big fleet or small and everything in between. Its universal so it doesn't matter if you are a p.c repair business or florist, it will work for you. You can customize it to how you run your company. Customer service is great, they are always helpful and seem to always have an answer.
Cons - Quick books integration needs help. I would LOVE to see them build accounting and better marketing programs into it. Invoicing through MHelp Desk is way better than Q.B so if they could offer accounting and I could get rid of QB, that would be great!
Over all its still the best one out their.

Happy@Mhelpdesk truly makes me Happy

I can't give 5 stars until I see how the software actually works, but I can give 5 stars to the helpdesk support staff. We had someone to leave our company and the responsibility for MHelpdesk fell on untrained shoulders. This is brand new to us, we never worked with it before, so we need lots of help and training. We have had this software for almost 2 years and the support desk is still happy and willing to help. So far I have worked with Tia, Candy, Shannon and Joel. They are not only pleasant answering the phone, but also very precise in their direction on help. Joel even sent a video link showing us how to do a specific task and I didn't have to wait days to get the help. Thank you very much. I don't dread calling the MHelpdesk support. I am "Happy" to do it. Thanks for being pleasant and helpful at the same time.

ISSUE RESOLVED!!

IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT, BUT THE HAPPINESS TEAM CAME THROUGH IN A BIG WAY TODAY!! THE AUTO RULES TOOK A LOT TO GO THROUGH BUT THEY DID GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED WHICH WAS A RELATIVELY EASY FIX FOR ME ONCE THEY FOUND IT. THE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT HOWEVER, WAS NOT ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL SO THEREFORE ONLY 4 STARS. THE DIRECTIONS WERE CLEAR AND CONCISE SO LED ME TO AN EASY RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE.

Reps are great!

The Reps are great. We still have issues with errors, etc so the Development / Engineering team need improvement. But the Customer Service Reps are always as helpful as they can be.

Great customer service

I would really say mhelpdesk is great website,it needs some reviews to be the best. However, the best thing about mhelpdesk is the customer service John specifically has always been a help to us and his fast response helps solving the issue with no delay

The best thing about mHelpdesk is the one to one walk through customer service

In setting up this system, I have called and been helped four times so far. The "happiness specialists" (hokey name) have never rushed me, have never made me feel ignorant, and I have been able to understand exactly how to do the task at hand. The second best thing about mhelpdesk is that it is backed up on the cloud. The system I had before deleted all of a staff person's information, hours, etc. and upon emailing back and forth (no way to talk to them) they said it could not be reclaimed. That is why I had to change. Tia has helped me twice. When I first contacted the website, I got in touch with Brian who spent 45 minutes showing me the benefits of the system and promising me that someone would answer my questions. I am a small company with only 1 staff person, so I am thrilled to get such helpful help!

So much help!!

There was no wait time, my tech was amazing and super nice, super polite and helped me with all my problems. The fact that they can just take control of your screen and do everything for you is absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to everyone!

Excellent customer service

Easy to reach, very responsive, willing to take time to be sure we know what we're doing. Invited us to call back at anytime to work out any issues we have. Told us they're working on the few idiosyncratic adjustments we need (ability to have multiple customers with the same name, etc.)

It has been a enjoyable experience working with mhelpdesk

At first I was apprehensive so much to know so much to learn about this program but with the great customer service the willingness to help and walking me through the process I found this software and mostly the customer service to be a refreshing change in what customer service should be. I am a service technician our company prides itself on serving our customers with honesty and integrity. I have found a company that has the same high standards I do. Is a privilege talking and working with Mhelpdesk and would recommend any company who is looking for a company that demonstrates these attributes and wants to streamline their operations to take a good look at Mhelpdesk. Once you get used to it you see how easy it is to use and customize to your company's needs.

Very good support

We are still in our 1st year of using mhelpdesk, and have contacted their technical support with a variety of what after the fact seems like mundane questions. The response has always been quick and accurate, and I always end up learning easier ways to use the software, which I must say to begin with is quite intuitive, I just get impatient as a busy small business owner. Thanks to Tia for helping me today uploading my information into the database.
