In general MHelpDesk is helpful
In general MHelpDesk is helpful, and responsive.They have supplied a system to manage scheduling, billing, and much, much more.
Basic system. Great for those just starting out.
Customer service responds quickly and they are very pleasant. Beyond that there are issues. Useful features that do work are changed or eliminated with out any notice so things will just randomly stop working as they had been. Super frustrating! That prompts you to take time to reach out which garners the usual response of "we made changes, so sorry". I've been offering up feed back for a year on this product. I never receive any feedback other than a canned email. Things that we would like to see work better are ignored. It's been an awful experience thus far prompting us to research a new CRM. The system is basic and leaves me doing much of my job manually via spreadsheets etc.

Dishonest Reps
Dishonest Reps. I was sold MHelpdesk with the guarantee it could perform specific functions and the ability to customize specialized sections of the program. However after getting the run around for weeks from reps trying to find "work arounds" to the features I was promised. I was finally told by a service rep that what i was promised was in fact NOT possible. However they charged me a fee for the "support" I got up to this point for a program that NEVER worked for us and I was constantly asked to "try this instead" rather than getting what I was promised and was paying for.
Poor business practices
After spending hours of my time setting everything up, I discovered it didn’t have the reporting capabilities I needed for my business. I was then told they would investigate how they could figure out a workaround. I’m assuming they couldn’t since the next contact was from a different rep to cancel my service. At this point I requested a refund and they took two more days to reply with a denial.
In short, they promised me it could do what I needed and it couldn’t. I wasted hours of my time and $250 bucks for their miscommunication. I feel that is a horrible way to operate your business and would caution anyone thinking about using this service. They obviously don’t care about thier customers or integrity of their company.

We've recently subscribed to MHelpdesk for field software after a trial with them. With the upcoming GDPR regulations coming in across Europe, we specifically asked them if the software will be GDPR compliant prior to purchasing for obvious reasons as it would affect all their European customers. We were categorically told us it would so we paid the premium setup service and paid or subscription to start on the 1st April 18. on the 29 April they emailed us to say that their software will not be compliant with GDPR and that they are not prepared to do the work to make it compliant. Of course, having been mis-sold the service which is not fit for purpose for our country, they agreed to refund the setup costs, but refused to refund the annual subscription that we were 30 days into, which we've not even used the service once as the setup had not been completed!
Several emails later, they have decided to keep the full annual subscription for a service they have withdrawn from us due to it not being compliant or fit for purpose.
Another company who promise the earth and pester you for the business, and then fail to deliver and also keep the money!!! I'm disgusted with them.

Really unhappy with them as a loyal customers. Have been with them for over 3 - 4 years and run a gas and electrical company. We noticed the server was down at 8:50am on friday, which prevents from doing any bookings / sales. Also all our engineers could not work as they could not see their jobs on their apps. I tried to contact them via Facebook where they responded at 9:15am and said was looking into it. Its is now 12:44pm in the afternoon and have had no response and very unhappy - no follow up calls or updates. It has been bad - lost a lot of money. I can understand systems / servers go down - but have the decency to respond to us. Very unhappy. Andrew - CEO Landlord Certificates Ltd

Easy to use & great customer service
I had originally tried working with Fleetmatics and learned that their program was not all I was told it would be. I also found that navigating through the site and using the mobile app did not make work easier but only harder. I then decided to switch to mHelpDesk. I have had nothing but a great experience. The start up team is great! I had worked with Candi. She helped me with anything I needed help with. Lucky for me the site is extremely easy to pick up. Pretty self explanatory. I was able to set up a good portion of my company stuff on my own. Any time I had an issue Candi was there with the answers. If you are looking for a program to help schedule and manage everything you need for a company I recommend mHelpDesk. Our company was so far behind with the times and always buried with papers. Going paperless with mHelpDesk was a great step into current times. I highly recommend it!
Perfect solution and excellent staff
Being a service oriented company, it was hard to find a CRM that had the strength to help each of our departments. Some were great at sales while lacking or void in any sort of field service capabilities. Others could do everything, but wanted $100,000 a year or more. Enter mHelpDesk. They were the first, and only, company to offer me full, unlimited trial access to play with it. Instead of telling me what the software would do, Alex Cobbins, my account rep, SHOWED me what it would do. Not only that, he and the support teams were there to answer any questions no matter how small. Ryann, the nice young lady who set up our account while Alex was indisposed, was kind, concise, and made sure that we were set up, picking up seamlessly where Alex left off.
They are completely transparent about capabilities and limitations of mHelpDesk. There were many times I asked a question and got the answer, "We can't do that like THAT, but let me show you a couple of different ways you can get what you need."
The Happiness Team is amazing. I have spent a lot of time on the online chat and can say that their customer service is at the pinnacle of perfection. Shannon, Tia, and Gian (for the Support Team) have all been crucial to my personalization and implementation of mHelpDesk. Britt, my support specialist, has been amazing as well. She's answered my endless streams of concerns with honest answers. She has been quick to respond to emails and explaining to me the intricacies of mHelpDesk.
mHelpDesk is a utility that is ever evolving. You can see the footprints of where they want to take the software and they are open about what's coming up. More importantly, they listen. Their community forum of users allows customers to propose and vote for ideas, changes, and/or additions that will make it better. It also offers a great place for collaboration of users for us to help and guide one another under the watchful and capable eyes of mHelpDesk moderators.
All and all, mHelpDesk is absolutely perfect for any service business of any size and a fraction of the cost of its competitors. It's not often that I can say honestly that you will get SO MUCH MORE for SO MUCH LESS, but this time it's absolutely true! Thank you to everyone at MHD for what you do and what I know you'll continue to do!
Big promises - left out to dry once the free evaluation time expired
Unfortunately for us it was a typical sales pitch that promised the world, but delivered nothing. We even paid a handsome sum for customization, but after four months of testing and missed deadline on Mhelpdesk part we decided to stay with the old software we still use today (BlueFolder). We liked the interface and the look, but it was all smoke and mirrors. There was no effort on the development team to make things right at all, and we felt like they just didn't care. I hate writing bad reviews, but after not even being offered a partial refund I decided to help others avoid the unpleasant experience we had.
There was never any follow-up to see what went wrong and attempt to make things right, or find what went wrong. Bad sign.

The software in itself is quite user friendly. I am pleased with the set up the team completed for us, as well as the customizations we are able to do on our own.

mHelpDesk is an awesome system for anyone trying to organize their workflow. Veronica was terrific to work with. She was able to customize everything that we needed and she came up with a solution for any issue that we encountered. I highly recommend mHelpDesk to every company out there!
