Do not use this company
They take your money for topping up your meter and then when the meter website generates an incorrect code they blame the customer and they take your money and they run with it they do not help and apparently they do not generate new codes. This is a complete lie as they can override the system they are completely unhelpful refuse to refund to somebody who is on universal credit and now sat in the dark for the Christmas period with no electricity.
Absolutely shocking and disgusting and to be honest they were very discriminating and very rude and completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend them to anybody and I will be changing supplier in the New Year.
I am a small business/hobby I purchased to 2 prepaid meters and was have issues after installation I eventually got though to a decent adviser who solved to problem thanks

Was happy with the service received with Metro Prepaid. As a property management company with multiple tenants and advising landlords to put this meter in. However after todays email(s) to and fro with Nosa Sogidashe today. I am now no longer trusting Metro Prepaid. A tenant topup their meter £150 as usual. Input the token into the meter. It was rejected. They were adamant they input the right meter number. With it being 19 digit meter number; there would be no surprise they could have got it wrong. Explained situation via email - Nosa Sogidashe replied back that a new token number could not be issued. And the money has already been deposited into some other random landlord account for a token that has not been used. So now I have to go back to a tenant already struggling to tell them you paid the wrong company. Hugely unethical business practice. So if a tenant or anyone put in one digit wrong they have lost the money to top-up. After inputting a 19 digit meter number. After this experience; I don't think I will be advising management to go for these meters again.
Always quick customer service but today was exceptional. Thank you Justin for your help.

I topup with them every week and this one time i made a mistake with a few digits, i struggle as i'm autistic and they told me they wont top me up and i need to buy it again even though no one has used this topup code. Very dishonest company that don't care if you have a disability. I'm on sick benefits and don't have a lot of money and they did this to someone that uses them regularly. AVOID
