I am a property manager and had an issue with a meter for a vulnerable tenant of minewho was getting worked up by a red flashing light on her meter.
I first called and was met with a rude member of the team who eventually hung up on me. However, Justin answered when I called back and was very helpful from the beginning. As soon as he asked for my meter number, I knew he cared to do his job accurately and hastily regarding the situation for my tenant. He checked everything thoroughly and I was satisfied with the service knowing I can call and eventually get the assistance needed when necessary. Thanks Justin!

Very happy with the prompt customer service. I often need to contact them for meter info etc. and they always respond quickly. I recently spoke to Khabane who was very helpful in finding the solution to my issue.

Absolutely disgusted in this company . Landlord's us these companies because they are just as bad . Example buy electric from payment, pay by phone , Opayo by Elavon or PayPal get charged and fee so £20.00 won't give you that amount it'll give you say £17.00 after they take their fee . Also checkout the charge per kw (that'll interest you) . Once again the poor hardworking people are punished by a multi international company using outside customer service assistants. Disgusting how you get away it .
