So easy to design and even though there was a problem with the print the customer service to resolve was amazing! So happy with my purchase and will be using them again in the future

I can't rate this company highly enough. The website is easy to use, the customer service is amazing and personal (thank you Clare) and the finished book is beautiful. We put it together for my Mum's 90th and she can't put it down. A beautiful way for her to look back over her life. Thank you Memory Books.

Made a recipe book for my sister, it turned out great and exactly as advertised!

Recently created a memory book using this company, I work in tech and was really impressed with how robust and easy to use their mobile site was. I also realized that I will be away whilst the book would be delivered and emailed asking if it can be delivered to a new address, it got changed very fast and arrived right on time.

Really happy with this company and strongly recommend using it.

My only minor feedback is to incorporate spell check for the text, there was clear instructions to ensure to read over the book and correct spelling mistakes before purchasing and I did, but still missed a few.

I made a memory book of some of my mum's stories. Easy to use, uploading photos and text was straight forward and a good choice of page layouts. Really pleased with the finished items and have now re-ordered as family members have requested additional copies!

Easy to make, quick delivery, loved it

Created the book with my sister for my mums 70th with messages and pics from family and friends. It's so so lovely, well printed, great quality and it's a great keepsake for her on a special day. Had trouble with delivery (postman issue!) and although it wasn't the company's issue they asked that I call them straight away when I emailed to say I hadn't got it. Excellent customer service, so friendly and genuinely thrilled when I updated to say I had found it had been incorrectly delivered to another address nearby by a temp postman!

Memory Books was easy to use and the finished book looked great, my colleague absolutely loved his Retirement Book. I had a bit of last minute trouble with formatting, but when I contacted the website I got an almost immediate reply and then Clare from Memory Books went out of her way to help sort out my formatting glitch and ensure I got the book ordered and delivered in time - really great customer service!

I I highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to create a memory book. Not only was the book beautiful, they contacted me straight away to help with some issues I was having. It arrived quickly, and was so reasonable compared to others out there. Will use again!

I made a book for my husband’s 40th and it turned out so well. The tool to put the book together was easy to use and really flexible. I used lots of old, scanned photos and they came out really clear. The company were very responsive to any questions and were amazing when DPD temporarily misplaced the book! It was also really good value for money. I would really really recommend Memory Books and would absolutely use them again.

My dad is in the latter stages of prostate cancer and we have been told 'not years'. So on hearing that we decided as a family we wanted to give him a birthday present that would share our love rather than waiting to the funeral where he wouldn't be!.
I couldn't find many platforms that allowed copy as well as pictures - memory books was great.
It was a really easy platform to use but what really helped for me was being in contact with Clare who helped with final changes.

The best £30 I have ever spent!
