Good value and excellent service
Good value and reasonable easy to use. Great and quick communication when I had a question. I also suggested a change when editing the front and back page, which was taken onboard and my suggestion was actually implemented. My only negative would be I wish the books were in gloss, or at least to have the option. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Memory Book without Photos
I created a memory book for a retirement, which comprised thank you letters and cards. There were a few images but no photos. It was tricky to find a template that did not have photos but, after careful work, it was possible. The final book looks great.

Order the book and was contacted and advised me that it would be not be delivered in time by Royal Mail as this was a special gift. They upgraded it to next day delivery free of charge. Excellent customer services and will order again!

Memory book
Beautiful designs, easy to use, prompt communication with the seller. I would have preferred a gloss finish, but this is not currently offered. Double-page spreads are available for your pictures, but note that the books are not lay-flat, so I would advise avoiding this option.

This is really helpful :-) Future customers please note this review is referring to a single photo across a double page (almost the size of two A4 pages). Please don't make your image this size a) if it has important detail down the centre spine and b) unless your photo is very high res (to ensure it isn't blurry when printed this large). I have also amended all product descriptions to mention the matt finish as we don't want anyone to be disappointed! We use lovely high quality sustainable paper. Thanks so much for these useful comments.

What customer service?
The order took much longer to fulfill than advertised, then came incorrectly fulfilled -right cover completely wrong contents. No one answers the customer service email/form online, have chased three times with no response.
