nice and easy but wish they could prescribe a wider range of stuff. For the basics though it's great.

Quick! Very reasonable, price-wise. Used this service for years, especially if I have nausea, (I have a sissy stomach) or if I have run out of my reg meds and have changed insurance plans or moved. My regular doctors are wonderful, but sometimes not quick to respond. Memd is usually a 5 minute call and I’m done. Couldn’t do without them!

Such a relief to be able to use this on one medical service, especially these days. The doctors are top notch very kind. I was especially grateful that there was no wait. Highly recommend!!!

We used this service for my mother who was having shoulder and neck pain on Thanksgiving. When the doctor contacted us, they called instead of zoomed with us. The doctor was on the phone for maybe 3 minutes. He did not take any history of her issue and asked very few questions. He basically told her to contact her doctor and take some Tylenol.
This did nothing to help ease my mother's fears but did quite a bit towards making her never want to use this service again. Terrible

When the dr called back she was very helpful. But she didn't call my med's in for 2 days. She was out of the office. The was unacceptable! I was sick. 2 days did make a difference. I was able to get another dr to call back and get some med's called in. Between to 2 drs. I got med's that made a difference.

I appreciate the ability to be seen/heard quickly. However, I was obviously suffering from gout and the suggestion I gave to the doctor was to prescribe colchisine. he did prescribe this, but in such a small quantity (2 or 3 pills) that it was not helpful.

Quick and very attentive to my concerns. All was handled professionally and promptly.

I had a good experience using the App. The Dr called me in a timely manner and was curtious. He called in my script in a timely manner also. Will use it again if needed.

This is only the 2nd time using this service, but the best way to describe this service is "Excellent".

I always have a great experience with MeMD. The doctors really listen and then make an educated assessment.

Several years ago they had quality medical personnel, but something has changed. This time I spoke with a " Doctor" who apparently did not read any of the notes I wrote regarding my symptoms, or my history. He simply asked me what's wrong.. then said, without asking any questions.." I'll prescribe something to fix you up".. I said, " may I ask what you are prescribing" to which he said 'an antihistamine". I asked why, he said," You have allergies". I explained that I DO NOT have allergies, have been tested multiple times, by actual immunologist's... So then he said that he'll prescribe something else.
Again, I asked what he was prescribing. He responded with
" a steroid". I explained that I was concerned that this was an actual INFECTION, and mentioned that STEROIDS DEPRESS THE IMMUNE SYSTEM ( which you don't want to do when you have an infection). He actually ARGUED WITH ME, telling me that they don't! I find it curious that an alleged DOCTOR doesn't know about immune suppression and steroids.
POINT OF FACT: Steroids are used currently to aid severely ill Covid19 patients who are intubated, because they SUPPRESS THE IMMUNE RESPONSE. The immune response is one of the factors that harms the lungs.
I told that "doctor" that I was not happy with his service, oddly enough, he gasped like an adolescent clearly flabbergasted that anyone dared to question his questionable care. I then contacted my primary physician, did a video chat and she prescribed the antibiotic I needed, and now I feel much better.
Will NOT use MeMd again.

PA Jennifer was awesome. Answered all my questions, listened to all my concerns and offered great advise. Highly recommended.

The doctor was very good and thorough. I really appreciated that he told me to get a test strip to ensure that it was a UTI infection vs just throwing out an antibiotic. He told me to not take the antibiotic if it wasn't a UTI and to follow up with my doctor as it could be diabetes. He was very kind as well.

This was my first time contacting MeMD, and I was promptly contacted by telephone, reviewed symptoms, and had prescription medication, by end of day.

Called and they responded promptly and I was prescribed my refill.

Before I paid I specifically asked if I could be diagnosed and treated for a kidney infection the answer was yes but the doctor I was provided was unable to diagnose and treat me

Dr. listened to me after reviewing what I wrote for symptoms. Asked questions, then diagnosed me, sent in prescriptions, ready to be picked up in less than an hour. So convenient and efficient!
