Winnings don't go on your balance and then you raise it with staff on chat they say it's been escalated, been 7 days and heard nothing and then they refuse to put you through to a manager to sort. Avoid!!! Will be filing a report to the gambling commision with all evidence and hopefully shut these scammer down
