I signed up a while back but deposit for first time yesterday (friday 19th june) with a promo code (match bonus 100% - 150 extra free spins). Now 57 hours after being promised a bonus if I deposited i am still being fed rubbish about it being left with specific team and no updates. If you make an error or your system makes an error like you’ve admitted to you fix it there and then not constantly tell the customer they have to be patient and keep waiting.

I have spoken to several customer service representatives with each one of them less helpful than the last. I am told thar im in Queue and my query will be handled soon. The Queue must be massive as I never get a reply. That should tell you everything you need to know. My advice to anyone looking to have a gamble. Go elsewhere as this site is horrendous.
