Megariches... inte första ggn jag skriver en recension om de.
Men nu är det illa...
Megariches valde att helt plötsligt utan korrespondens att spärra mitt konto. Även på deras modersida Videoslots även fast problemet ligger på Megariches. Så man blir alltså kollektivt straffad fast det är olika bolag. Intressant!
Megariches menar ,när de väl berättar vad felet är, att jag gjort en insättning hos de där pengarna inte dragits från mitt konto men där jag, på deras tekniska problem, fått pengarna till mitt spelkonto hos de. Nu säger Megariches att jag ska "betala min skuld" till de. För det första så är jag till 99,9% säker att dessa pengar lämnade mitt konto! Jag kollar alltid kontot efter insättning eller uttag och jag skulle ha reagerat om dessa pengar fanns kvar. För det andra så är det aldrig spelarens ansvar om en sida har tekniska problem eller att betalningsleverantören har problem. Som spelare kan du inte påverka nånting i detta sammanhang! Det är ju oxå därför vi spelare får lov att vänta massor när betalningsleverantören eller sidan har tekniska problem och en insättning inte kommer in till spelkontot! Då får man vänta hur lång tid som helst innan pengarna kommer in på spelkontot. Samma icke ansvar har vi om det är som nu! En spelare som inte kan påverka nånting ska omöjligt behöva städa upp en spelsidas tekniska problem!
