After depositing £20 and winning a good amount (to me at least), I started the withdrawal process.
When I logged in this morning to check progress my account had been de-activated. When queired with customer services I was advised that it was because I had self excluded from a sister company some weeks before.
Either, this company has a process to look for a get out clause when money is due for payment, or, if their process is to genuinely exclude from all companies under a brand, then they have failed miserably, and breached a number of Gambling Commission rules.
Especially as I self excluded from their other sister company months ago, but have been able sign up to two since then without challenge (For, reference I was only made aware all 3 were linked when queried this morning).
Ive sent a letter to see how they intend to rectify and will update.
UPDATE: Megariches asked for my details so they can investigate. This was 3 days ago. Still no response.

My money is missing
A few days ago I was trying to make a deposit. There appeared to be a problem and the money didn't go through, so unfortunately, I tried several times, nothing in my accoun. Later after checking my bank account all the payments were pending, a total of £230. Over the past few days I've spoken to my bank, who confirmed the money has gone to Megariches. Megariches keep saying they are looking into it but nothing resolved. They don't seem to be bothered that they have taken my money and I need it.

14 days and still not got me back into…
14 days and still not got me back into my account. I keep getting promised this will be sorted soon but here I am still waiting to use my own funds that are on my account. When is this going to be sorted? Im fed up of waiting with no update. What use is a case reference number when nothing has or is being done? Signed up, deposited money and then my account was immediately suspended. I was then told by email that I needed to speak to them by phone before the issue could be resolved.
A call was arranged for 2:30pm today, but nobody called. I then emailed another adviser, only to be told that they still can’t process my withdrawal because the call hasn’t taken place — despite the fact that they are the ones who failed to make the agreed call.
So they were happy to allow me to sign up and deposit, but once my account was suspended I’ve been left unable to access my money and waiting for a call that never happened.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience and, based on what has happened so far, I would strongly advise people to think carefully before depositing money with Mega Riches.
I am now considering escalating the matter through the appropriate UK gambling complaints and ADR channels if this isn’t resolved promptly.

In response to the company suggesting that they operate a Randon Number Generator I just wanted to clarify. On a large number of the games they offer, a supposedly "Random" number is shown at the bottom of each spin for each game. The number begins with # and consists of 14 digits, however the last 3 digits of every single spin is the same every single spin (over 200 spins checked and they all endedin 001), that is not random, for example the following spins #85786637092001, #85786586089001, #85786631447001, #85786634701001 id like the company to explain to everyone how this "Random" number generator works. If I dont hear anything from them I will presume it is as I expect, and there is nothing random about it

Whilst I love the site and want to give…
Whilst I love the site and want to give it a five star review, I feel a little upset today, so I put in £10 to get free Bingo tickets.
I read the rules and it said winnings from that will go into bonus, so when I had £7 in cash I thought it was from a win from one of those tickets I used money for.
Knowing I have work tonight, I decided to put £13 in to get the £7 out. As It had to be £20 to withdraw. If I had known the £7 was part of the bonus I wouldn't have withdrawn it. As It says that all bonus money would go into the Bonus pot and not cash balance.
So I withdrew it and realised that my bonus wasn't active anymore. I am a little bit annoyed with this as I feel like there should have been some warning, this is part of the bonus, withdrawing it means you are forfeiting the bonus are you sure you want to do it. I then wouldn't have.
The Casino is a good site, with a good amount of games, as I say the lack of 5 stars is I'm a little miffed with that issue and as I say wouldn't have withdrawn it if I had known it was part of the bonus.
