This is my fourth order with them, everything is good, the only issue is " Royal Mail " they tend to not deliver the goods and leave us hanging around for couple of days. Even tho it's a next day delivery service.

Not happy in the slightest sent me flower out that was brown an smell of bud rot when I sent pics to show it told me they had looked at the pics an it was fine so spoke to a few friends and they all say the same it bud rot an some of my friends thought it was thai weed cuz of how spongey it was

The onloading was incredibly easy. I have IBS, epilepsy, and ASD that I've been prescribed for. You have to have been prescribed 2 differing medications for the primary ailment.
I was a blackmarket user prior to this, and the difference is night and day. The quality, the overall effects, and also the simple taste is miles better. It's also significantly cheaper.
Those giving 1 star reviews are really splitting hairs or have probably become jaded from being refused as the don't neet the criteria. The stock changes a lot which prevents strain tolerance & it is easy enough to find a cheap product that works just as well, and the delivery is handled by royal mail rather than a private courier which may upset some. If you order before 2.30 you will get your script the next working day.
If you pass the onloading criteria then it's stress free, prior to that it's minimal stress anyway.
The app works well and hasn't frozen on me or had any weird glitches or hiccups.
The staff are contacted via app, which is my main niggle with them. However, replies have always been prompt and always answer my inquiry.
I've now been a patient for around a month, and the service is amazing. Seizures and crippling bowel cramps aren't a thing anymore for me. The blackmarket cannabis didn't fully stop the cramps, just the seizures, but the stuff from medicann has given me a pain free month so far, and I imagine it will be as good going forward

I have been dependent on marijuana for ⅔ of my live, do you know what I do when I cant access marijuana? I end up finding alcohol in the company of gobsjites.

You threw my application in the bin in less than 14 hours and refused to do a follow up.

Instead of worrying about the sick people you host pretentious rave parties for the healthy people you exploit.

And how will you explain to them when the medication no longer works.

Discriminated, outcasted and subsequently rejected. These guys ask you to be as honest as you can, pretend to be extremely grateful when you give them the information to only then label you and reject you. The worst service there is the UK and anyone who is trying to find the route for madical cannabis can do it with ANY OTHER company in the UK. It’s funny how you reach out for help and end up feeling worse because it’s easier for them to reject you than look at the situation on individual basis.

I got declined their service even though I suffer with 4 different problems they have listed on their site and even though in the past I have been accepted by other companies.
I applied to them because they were cheaper than other companies but I wish I hadn't.
The telephone appointment is a rubbish 5 minute call, they ask you hardly anything then make a decision based on no facts. They don't explain why you have not been accepted they just boot you off their site/app and send a basic email.
I would avoid this company and go with one that is genuine and wants to help people.

You can barely ever select the same product twice, forcing you to pay higher, select different brand and flavour and prices every order, it lack consistency. causing me to cough and experience different effects. Its a shame you can't obtain a certain brand or strength on a continuous basis, especially when it's a prescription service.

I’ve been a Medicann customer since last October. I’ve been enjoying weekly shipments and so far only one order has had a defect, which they resolved for me. It did take a few weeks of harassment for them to sort that though. I get the impression they’re super busy, which isnt surprising given no consultancy fee and next day delivery.

Awful customer service, do not try to get help from them. I am a disabled person who struggles also from dyslexia so I have a hard time comprehending big forms. I have told Medicaan this multiple times they do not care. I have sent back a form 5 seperate times saying I need help, I need a travel letter written but no one is giving me help. They are absolutely useless and have the same empathy levels as a rock, do not expect them to help you when you need it

From Monday I registered, by Thursday I had my phone call with a doctor, so easy straight foward, by fri lunch I was approved, ordered before 2.30pm ,received medication by lunch time sat . Im really expressed super happy ,double happy with the products, 4c labs 😁 top pharmacy.

After being with another company for a few years who was ridiculously expensive I had been looking around for somewhere new and was recommended Medicann by a relative.

I was a little bit apprehensive at first after reading some reviews but I’m SO glad I didn’t listen! The transition was so smooth and they moved extremely quickly. I ordered my medication on Friday and it was delivered Saturday pre 1pm.
