I suffer with severe chronic pain from arthritis, its why i came to Medicann. Most prescriptions have went without a hitch but theres now been issues with delivery. Im paying for medication im not receiving now. Twice its happened and im getting no communication now from anyone. Starts off great but ive noticed it doesnt continue. For someone in a great deal of pain this needs to be consistent.

Can't believe it's taken me till this summer to join after advocating for medicinal cannabis from 30 years ago.

Fast delivery if you order & pay before 2.30pm with it arriving the next day.

Had no problems until on I tried to order second time. I went for the cheapest strongest weed. So it was 28% for £40 and £5 delivery. Then the cheapest was 55 now it's 60 and the cheaper ones haven't come back. Apart from that I've had no problems. But for people with not a big budget it's a bit of a downer

The process was fast and efficient. There is an excellent choice of products, just had my first prescription and very impressed.

The initial assessment and online medical record check was much faster than expected, and at every stage of my journey I've been impressed with the choice, price, and superb speed of order processing and delivery by next day Royal Mail. My only issue ever was a problem caused by Royal Mail, not Medicann.

I'm astounded this company has any good reviews at all. I suspect they are not genuine reviews. I found the whole process incredibly difficult to navigate and Medicann to be very unhelpful. This company has changed my life🙏
Ive gone from pillar to post with the NHS and my GP trying different painkillers and sleeping tablets, having to adjust my life for the side effects and taking pills on top of pills to counter them side effects, also damaging my kidneys and liver.
At last, pain relief and sleep, with no morning groggy effects ☺️
My liver and kidney function is on the up, my whole life is too!
I now have the energy and confidence to leave the house, and its only going to get better.

Pre prescription service was good.
However my first prescription I was sent stock near 1 month from its expiry date - tried calling customer service and they said it was within their guidelines. Will try getting help from a different company next time.
Be wary of being sent old stock!!

10/10 from the start. Quick set up. No fees whatsoever, very fast prescription approval, and even faster dispatch. They’ve come back to me really quickly on any email queries. Always RM Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm for just £4.99 (Order by 2.30pm though) Really decent app too. And most importantly, everything I’ve ordered from them over the past 6 months or so has been of decent quality, some excellent.

AWFUL service. Rude and uninformative staff, unwilling to take on complex medical history. After 3 weeks of waiting to hear from them ultimately refused for a history of black market use. Shambolic company. filling a complaint as we speak. AVOID MEDICANN.

This is my fourth order with them, everything is good, the only issue is " Royal Mail " they tend to not deliver the goods and leave us hanging around for couple of days. Even tho it's a next day delivery service.
