We sincerely apologise for the delay in delivering your mattress. A member of our Customer Services team has already contacted you regarding this matter. Despite a delivery attempt by DPD on Thursday 14th December, no one was available to accept the delivery. A calling card was left to say they'd attempt delivery today. I have just tracked your order and I can see that the mattress has been successfully delivered this morning (15/12).

Recommended company
This was the second time we ordered mattresses from this company - good prices, good products and no delivery charges - the online downside was the delivery company (DPD) who did not deliver on the specified date, but this was no fault of the company - highly recommended and we will order from them again.

I purchased a mattress and base from you and later found I had been dealing with Linthorpe Beds part of your group, items damaged hard to get any resolve, premium base poor quality one drawer had fallen apart

Given 2 delivery dates, you did not attend on either, no response to emails , fobbed off on 2 calls promising delivery and 3 months later no headboard delivered even though you have had full payment for 3 months, worst customer service experience ever as order places mid July and Mid September still no delivery

So far so good
So far so good. Delivery was quick and were kept updated on all delivery aspects. We have not unpacked as yet since we are awaiting the joiner to put together for us. Hopefully all items are intact. Assembled the bed now-all great👍
