So I had to ring the customer service number, got straight through and the lovely gentleman sorted it to get picked up the next day and even rang the next day to confirm. Best customer service I've come across.

Great service and great quality headboard
I ordered 2 headboards on 9th June. Earliest delivery date I could choose was 17th July. I received a phone call from the company checking why I'd chosen 17th July, although she suspected that was the earliest I could choose. She said she'd leave that date in but would try to bring it forward. She later rang with an earlier delivery date. The courier confirmed the new delivery date and gave a delivery time slot the evening before. Also kept me up to date on the day. The headboards were extremely well packed and are great quality. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again

Shocking experience
Mattress delivery was arranged for Monday, I had to take the day off work. The delivery was cancelled at 6am Monday and re arranged for Thursday. My old mattress had already gone so it left me without anywhere to sleep. Arranged to take another day off work on Thursday. Mattress arrived but it was not the one I ordered ! Apparently it is out of stock, not sure how I was able to order it when it was unavailable. I then had to wait in all day Saturday for the mattress to be collected, the pick up time was changed at short notice. I am so upset, I have lost 2 days pay and don't have a mattress to sleep on. I was offered a discount on an alternative mattress from this company, after my experience I declined this offer, will purchase elsewhere. I asked for compensation but was told this is not possible. I was sent 2 pillows as an apology but this does little to compensate for my losses. The company were very apologetic, but this is not good enough !

Great value product.
Great value product but gave us the option to select a delivery date and then it turned up when we were away. Luckily our neighbour took it for us.

Excellent price and very prompt delivery ! I originally could not add the recycling option to my order so having contacted customer service they amended my order to include and sent me a seperate link for recycling payment.
The delivery guys were very quick and professional, placing the mattress in the room of choice. Will definitely use your company again.

I was very impressed with the customer…
I was very impressed with the customer care that was shown. When I ordered my pillows, I chose the delivery date. Because the courier was then unable to fulfil their delivery, I received a call from Mattresses 365 to apologise for the delay, even though the issue was out of their control. I have never had this happen before and was very impressed. The pillows arrived the next day, well packed and in good condition. I highly recommend this company for its exceptional standards.

King bronze 1500
We’ve ordered the same mattress my nephew has.
It’s thick and mayb a little too firm but I like it, my husband needs a little time. I’m a tummy sleeper and he’s a back sleeper.
