Had a few communication problems but once I spoke to Bernadette at head office all problems were sorted and discount given for having to wait so long for our mattress to be delivered.

My mirrored cabinet is beautiful and has so much storage room in the drawers.

Quality item dispatched quickly

The bed we received had a cracked headboard. The after sales service from grove was very good. The replacement bed has not arrived yet, otherwise they would have got 5 stars, but I acknowledge that they are constrained by the manufacturer supplying a new item.

I ordered a bed from them. Excellent & reliable service from the Management. The quality of bed is excellent, top of the range. It is strong and I am using this without any complaints. I arranged assembly myself as I am based in London .

We ordered the bed back in January and then we was informed that the bed was out of stock but Grove told us that as soon as the new stock came in we would get the bed so end of February we got bed and Bernadette I think that is her name kept us informed all the time

Did have a problem, but the lovely Bernadette sorted it out, kept me informed, delivery team were great, bed and mattress were fantastic.Could not ask for more, would use again.

Did a good job. New bed delivered and assembled and old bed taken away for recycling. Fast and efficient.

Purchasing online was very straightforward with an instant response to my request for information prior to purchase about product assembly. The store followed up with a phone call to discuss delivery arrangements. The stool arrived fully assembled as confirmed and is extremely good quality and comfortable - I will be back for future furniture needs!

Lovely bed and mattress. Really good customer service and advise on my matress. The only reason why 4 stars is I had to wait a while for my bed to arrive and it was only when I chased did I find out what was happening.

Grove have been in touch and have stated that the bed manufacturer is sending replacement metal work for the one effected leg....🤞🤞🤞it arrives soon..

Excellent in store experience, told we would have bed before Xmas.
After they had our £££, Various delays which they kept us informed about.Mid February,Phone call advising delivery date, promising a call the night before with 2hr slot, call didn't come, so we emailed in the evening and got a reply! Excellent delivery crew, BUT when we assembled the bed, there were missing screws and badly made bolts that wouldn't thread. Luckily we had other hardware that we could use. No point in going all the way to the shop as our old bed had been removed & we needed somewhere to sleep. Comfy bed, a replacement leg to side rail fixing would make it perfect
