Excellent service great quality highly recommended

Laura's mats are awesome! Having had the usual popr quality mats, I gambled on buying a gorgeous bird mat. Walking through the front door it makes us so happy and we bought another happy place one for our back door - it's is gorgeous! One initial mat was a different colour but Laura dealt with it very quickly and her patience and service was exceptional. My review has been delayed because I wanted to wash them first and have only felt the need 6 months down the line. They are easy to shake out, vacuum and after washing are fabulous and like new! I have before and after photos but cannot add I'm afraid.

This mat was a gift for my daughter the colours were true to the picture and the design was perfect the quality of the product is 5⭐️
I had to wait for it to be produced and shipped and was kept informed at all points. it definitely was worth the wait.
Although the cost is slightly more than you would typically pay for a mass produced mat, the quality and design of this made to order mat was certainly worth it as it reflected the price in the quality of the materials used.
If you want a good quality product then these mats are so much better than mass produced mats.
My advice would be, ‘ go on, treat yourself you’re worth it!’

My Mat arrived but was a different shade to the image I had ordered from.
A quick email and I was sent some colour charts and the new mat was re made at the mill exactly how I wanted it. Perfect after sales service! Thank you. It’s a really great quality product!

I received a great email to explain the Mat I ordered (with no border) wasn’t available at that time (it would have to be ordered which may delay delivery time) and a suggestion that they could issue the same mat with a border.
To be contacted like this is a rarity and I really appreciated it. Mat arrived and is great quality!!

Quality and graphics of product didn't match as described on website. Customer service consistently ignores responding back also

I kept seeing mattify on my Instagram news feed .I thought that they were a bit pricey. Anyway I got a dark spotty one and I liove it . It really looks good quality and it's unique and stands out .

Two mats currently in place, my third is about to arrive and my fourth order for another 2 mats has just been placed so obviously I’m a fan! These mats are at the pricey end of the market but they ooze quality and look beautiful. Definitely a step up from any mats I’ve bought before. Love them

Great service and amazing product!!

This mat was my third purchase from Mattify. As with the others, it is good quality, stays put on the floor, traps dirt, and is easy to vacuum. I am very pleased with it and will order a further long mat to go by my patio door in future when I can afford to do so.
My previous mats arrived very quickly, this one took several weeks, hence the drop of one star. That said the company responded very quickly when I queried non receipt and explained the new mill they are using is slower.

Great communication via emails

I have made an order around 2 weeks ago. No delivery, no communication or replies to my emails. I managed to get hold of them once last week and was told they have received my order on that specific day i called and it will be shipped same day. Its been a week and nothing. Nobody is picking up. Starting to think its a scam and might have to get klarna involved to get my money back

I have ordered three mats for my hall and front door area. I have a dog and the floors can get very dirty during wet weather. The mats are lovely and really nice designs. They are very good quality, nice and thick and highly absorbent. I’m so pleased with my purchases and it was so nice to receive a personalised note thanking me for my repeat business. One of the mats I ordered was a bespoke size and it did take slightly longer to arrive but that is to be expected when ordering something which is being made specifically for your requirements. The mats wash well and I’m really happy that I bought them. I would recommend Mattify not only for the quality of the products but also for their excellent customer service.

Delivery took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. The quality & finish of the mat is great. I'm obsessed.

Firstly, the quality of the product is unmatched, the lettering is clear, uniform and just looks high-end. The mat is efficient at removing dirt from shoes, but does well to hide it and remain looking clean. Despite being bespoke, the delivery turnaround was very quick. I did have an issue with my item (the format wasn’t as I wanted - I would recommend contacting them and specifying if you want it a certain way), however, one email to their customer support explaining the issue and another was sent out, free of charge, no hassle whatsoever - this arrived in the same timely manner as the first. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I have ordered 2 doormats. The first one is lovely, good quality and nice size, however it took over 4 weeks to arrive. Once arrived I wasn’t keen on the colour (just my preference) so I ordered a second one in a different colour. I ordered this on the 1st June and still haven’t received it. I had to email to chase this, I have been informed there’s a delay.

My summary….If you are happy to wait a couple of months for it I would recommend.
