Probably a good product
Probably a good product, but as with some other reviewers they suffer from appalling courier services, in our case DHL. DHL claimed to an attempted delivery when we were sitting in a room next to the front door, also covered by two CCTV cameras. Guess what? No attempt. Interestingly this was half an hour before the scheduled time, at just before five o’clock knocking off time. Try to reschedule? Website won’t permit. And don’t even think about trying to phone DHL as they charge you, yes you, 7p per minute for the privilege. Someone we know was held on a call for over an hour for similar problems recently and got stung for £72. So we won’t be calling! We have to wait a further three days before another alleged attempted delivery. Very annoying, and not a good advert for the company.

re-scheduled delivery
As the order was pending, you were very good at keeping me updated with the progress. Last week I got a message from You via UPS that my order was on its way and would arrive on Friday 17th April. On the day of the delivery, Half an hour before the deadline, I get another message from you via UPS about a re-scheduled delivery, not later that day, not the next day, but 4 days later ! and weirdly enough, no more contact or update from you ! Please explain.
