Have not received the order

My order was received 9 days over…

My order was received 9 days over delivery time. Manage to call customer service and sort things out. Plugs are very tiny but with good root system.

Perfect plants

Ordered nearly all my plug plants this year from Marshall’s. First time. Just received my last lot of plants (240) 😉. I will definitely only order from here in future years. Lovely plants well protected with excellent packaging. Received day after they were sent out.

Plants ok

Plants ok , what i expected but communication poor when they were actually going to be delivered, i dont mind them not coming on estimated date as long im told exactly when they have been dispatched so i can make arrangements for someone to be around to receive them

Plants never made it

Plants never made it, Evri damaged them in transit. I have contacted Marshalls with evidence and had no response in over a week.

Unfortunately our experience this year

Unfortunately our experience this year at first was not great. Our order of six turned out to be only four. However after our email to Marshalls, with our next order our remaining two were reinstated along with extra for our other order. Also this order had plenty of tape in verious places as the previous one had not!! Full marks to Marshalls for dealing with this so efficiently, also to their plants which arrived in very good condition.

The replacement plants

The replacement plants arrived in a poor condition, they were yellow rather than green. Not sure how many will survive. They took over a week to arrive. Hardly surprising they were sick. The firm need to review the courier service they use

Plugs didn’t arrive

Plugs didn’t arrive , damaged in transport. , no communication from company , I had to chase them myself , said they would re send, then I got a refund, no explanation so I don’t know if plants are coming or not!
